More houses should be like this. Having the mud room near or connected to the laundry and a full bath so that there's a place to drop off dirty clothes and gear plus shower after some outdoor sports and activities. It keeps from tracking dirt all over the house.
Thanks for explaining the shorter window in the bonus room. As a new construction homeowner I so appreciate when a builder takes the time to communicate those types of things.

I really like the floor plan on this house. The separation of the master suite on one side and the back half of the house the other two bedrooms. Definitely would switch somethings around ie. the fireplace but over all I like the flow..
The down spouts especially by the entry should be relocated

The Bunsen Baker those two locker things in the garage are the electrical panels for the house. You are correct about the screened porch - keeps the flying insects out.

wire shelves and those vinyl materials that you builders put in the bathroom makes the house look cheap. thats the first thing i look at when picking up a house. i hate carpet to so i put hard wood or the like and then use rugs to make each space and give a look. mirrors without borders are another thing. it looks like some builders get bored and cheap out on finishes when they get to the end of the build,
Just an observation: please try an answer people's questions. Just posting a video to get likes is not enough. Just my two cents. I do love your homes!
A few things to consider here: 1.) Please slow the camera pan down..your making your viewers dizzy. 2.) Try not to have the camera zoomed in so close. It's hard to appreciate the overall look of a room if you can only see the counter tops etc. 3.) Stop pointing at everything when your zoomed in so close, because your hand gets in the way of the view. Pointing out a particular detail or feature is fine..but pointing at everything, when simply slow panning the room while you talk, is overkill in my opinion. This is a beautiful home..but it left me feeling underwhelmed. You dwelt too much on the specs of the home verses the beautiful features it comes with: ( ex: This shower enclosure comes with extra thick interlocking tiles..blah blah.. instead of..Each bathroom tub/shower enclosure comes with beautiful trim work inside and out, and is designed to mold resistant etc. ) Hope this all made sense. I did enjoy the home, and hope to see more from you in the future.
