Mike, really enjoy watching your videos. I wanted to add a suggestion. Have you considered pre wiring for Ethernet along with coax and phone? More and more TVs are having Ethernet ports built in. This is a cheap, but very practical add on. All cable runs could terminate in a closet where the customer could put their modem and router. I wish it would catch on in the new construction industry.
I love this Home, I would definitely make the master closet space bigger but other than that it’s a beauty! I live in NC so I will be calling you guys soon❤️

Beautiful forever home. Love the kitchen and second garage. I would remove the wall going to the toilet in the master bath. Hard to use with a walker or wheelchair. That day will come.

I think that carpeting the master closet was a horrible idea, before too awful long after going from the shower/bath into the closet, you’d get gross discoloured carpets. I’m not a big fan of carpet in the first place, but there it is awful.
Overall it's very nice, not sure if I'm on board with the shower.

How much would this home go for?
Do you guys do anything for Termite prevention prior to finishing the houses? Like Boracare to the frame etc? As a homeowner they terrify me, and we only have the Subterranean Termites, where you guys have dry wood which are far more destructive and aggressive.

Mike, are you using ball catch doors for the french doors in the office/den?
An unenclosed shower? They'll have a bathroom floor full of water if they're not careful. Love the toilet having a separate space.
The shower floor is built so the water runs directly to the drain. If you pay attention to the video, you can see the dip in the flooring. It's subtle, but it's there. I have this type of shower in my bathroom. I've never had an issue with water.

I wish the home hadn't had the stone fireplace with the elegant clean lines and light kitchen a white fireplace would have fit the interior design better and the wall color took from the home. Or it might just be how the camera is picking up the color than I saw that accent wall said who in the world choose these colors The layout flowed well but alot of the interior colors just isn't my taste. Didn't care for the inside doors looked cheap for the price range of this home. My best friends condo has nicer doors inside. Why put these one huge mirror in bathrooms separate decorative mirrors.

There custom homes it’s hard to give you a round about cost when land location sq ft upgrades in homes differ and sometimes the homes owner dosent want the prices out out there because it’s not anyone else’s business except there
