New home sales are down 39% in central Texas since 2022. Pulte / DR Horton still trying to sell 1800 sq ft homes for $400k+. Over priced and little value. You will not have any real equity in your home by overpaying.

Great layout. Pantry is hella small and would have been nice to actually have footage of the front outdoor entry and the entire backyard.
The master closet is small too
It needs ceiling fans. That may not coincide with such an upscale home, but I really like my ceiling fans. Other than that, I love it.
sadly, thats 140k home being sold for 200k with 100k+ of interest. What a deal!

Great floorplan with the exception of the half bath. Seems awkward to enter right off the living area. Imagine having a party and your guest having to go in and out in front of the whole room. It would have been better to put the door off the hallway, or better yet on the back wall of the laundry room.
the actual price with land is $550,000.00
With all of the upgrades and land included it actually is priced in the mid 400k range 😊

Hopefully, I will be moved from Iraq to the USA in a few months. I plan to live in Texas but have not decided yet exactly where (Houston, Dallas, San Antonio, Auston). This home is gorgeous and I really love it with its affordable price but I didn't know in which area exactly in San Antonio.
Lemme help you. Scratch Austin off the list altogether. If you want to live in the DFW metroplex, choose Fort Worth over Dallas. I live in Houston because it's the best for jobs, but if I didn't have to work and could live anywhere in Texas, San Antonio would be it.

All new homes are being built in Texas and Nevada. None are built in Minnesota.

This home with all of the upgrades would come out to around 450k. Keep in mind pricing changes all the time.

@@rezaurrashed3733 the pricing would depend on a number of factors and which home in the community you would like to purchase. This particular home is the model home so it is not for sale but we could find you something similar and give you a more precise price for everything.
The house is nice but you didn’t show the closets in the first two bedrooms. MB closet is small, not well designed. And in the kitchen, who wants to sit at the counter watching you do dishes. Sinks would always looks better by a window to look outside. Also, you didn’t show the backyard, FS of house. Sad 😔

The community starts in the 200k range and goes up from there depending on the size of the home, lot, and upgrades. This home if I remember correctly is more toward the 400k range

For the price of the home it has a few flaws. Small kitchen pantry, should be a walk in. Not enough kitchen cabinets. Small master closet. I'm sure the secondary closets are small for that price.
Beautiful home but if I were going to spend upwards of $400,000+ on this home, I would rather have a home built by ICON Homes, except they are in El Paso! Plus, no matter where you go in Texas, it seems your Home Taxes are through the roof! If you're thinking about moving for retirement, INLAND FLORIDA seems to be your best offering and low Home Taxes!!

Dude, in a home it's not referred to as a 'Restroom', it's a Bathroom. Public places have restrooms. In a home it's called a BATHROOM.
They should of matched the hardware, the black looks great, the gold is tacky! and painting the door hinges is really really tacky. Not painting the bathrooms with gloss paint in a NO NO! Poor location of 1/2 bath, I mean really. The master shower should be a bit larger, there is more space available. Great video and explanation though, but next time please show bedroom closets. thank you
Why does a builder need RE agents to showcase what the general public can see for themselves?
This is more of a service to clients. It’s easier to find and look into multiple builders on one channel than going to multiple websites or communities. And on the plus side, you have quick and easy access to an agent who will represent you in the process free of charge and can make sure that you will get the best deal possible on the homes!
Smh not only are you mislabeling granite vice quartz, but there are different finishes in one room i.e. gold finishes on the sink and black finishes on the shower.
The builder missed the mark on this.
