I have watched so many different channels that showcase Houtson homes, this channel is the most transparent about prices and info, some channels have become clickbait/misinfo. I live in Houston and have personally gone to see these homes in person and this channel is very honest about prices.

I cringe every time I see tall ceilings like they're building nowadays. I know when that light goes out in the ceiling or when the smoke detector starts chirping, I'm going to throw something through the window because I don't have an eleventy foot ladder and you know it's going to happen at 2am. 🤣
@@LordHector69 that is a good question. The builder won’t allow you to build a pool until you take possession of the home. I could see it being difficult to get the necessary equipment to build the pool in that courtyard after the home is built. But may still be possible.

What's your thought on The Cooper layout? We liked it but the master show is a big small in the floor plan! Does it seem that small in person? What do your clients say about it? And what's your general take on it...definitely unique with the hallway into the master. Thanks :)

We are a black professional couple (with 3 children) from SoCal considering moving to the Montgomery County area. The area would be perfect for us; however, we're concerned about racism. Have you had an clients of color who have made the move to the area?
Racism is a concern, google the demographics of the neighborhoods and schools. If there is only 2 percent black people look elsewhere. I moved to Htown from Maryland 10+ yrs ago. It’s nice and I like it, but…Texas is still Texas. People will let you know you are not welcome. Look past what you see on the surface. Overall, there are so many options and with prayer you will land just where God wants you and your family to be. ❤
