I’m looking to move to Houston here in a year but I’m scared about the weather, especially coming from Wisconsin. The heat in the summer sounds unbearable.

Well I’ll be honest, that’s really the hardest part of living here.
BUT, the trade off is really worth it when you look at the whole picture. We have great jobs, housing affordability, economy, low cost of living, great public schools, fantastic safe neighborhoods and more conservative local politics.
It’s very family friendly, great place to raise a family.
But yes, very very hot. That being said, it’s sunny and 65 degrees in December and I’m playing golf tomorrow. So it has its upsides.
Reach out if you’re serious about a move, that’s what we do!

So in Wisconsin, you spend 5 months indoors because it's too cold. You have to shovel snow, there's gross mud after the snow melts. Then you mow your yard and all that during spring/summer/fall. In Texas, you stay inside for four months because it's hot. And you don't have to do anything to your yard for four months out of the year from about November through Feb. 😁

Thank you for this awesome video. Wow. This Toll Brothers House is absolutely incredible. Oh my goodness. Do you know if The Woodlands Hills will have 80 FT Lots available in the near future since as far as I know 75 FT Lot is the biggest Lot size currently at The Woodlands Hills. We love so many of the houses at The Woodlands Hills. Dunham Pointe seems to be a great place but I am sure we will end up at The Woodlands Hills plus owning a land at the Republic Grand Ranch for a second house. Dream Big, Right. I am very happy that J. Patrick is now a new builder at The Woodlands Hills on 70 FT Lot and I hope they offer The Milan Plan. We also love Perry 3300W and plan 817 Highland on a 75 FT Lot. Do you think Perry can build more square footage with the 3300W Design with the exactly same floor plan because it so beautiful and expansive. The laundry room needs a sink plus the closets needs to be bigger. Thank you so much for your videos.

Thanks for the support. I am unsure if The Woodlands Hills will get 80ft lots. I have a client building a highland 70ft right now and it’s a great size. Perry doesn’t typically add square footage to their floor pans unless it’s a pre designed addition. Reach out when you’re ready to have a conversation about all of your options, we’d love to help.

Jesus- $1.1M is cheap? Not too long ago it was relatively inexpensive to purchase a slab foundation home in the Houston market. That formerly affordable market dynamic has been completely destroyed now.

Well it is titled affordable luxury, not just affordable. But yes, unfortunately prices have gone up quite a bit across the board with people moving to the area and inflation.
It does seem like growing up $1M would buy you a serious mansion. Now it just buys you a nice 4,500 sqft home

    Can you Airbnb these homes?

Most master planned communities will not allow Airbnb, I could check this one specifically but my guess is no
