In reference to Home #1, eliminating a tub in the primary bathroom is not a deal breaker IF it is replaced by an oversized shower... even better if the shower is one of those that are walk in with no door. The media/theater room should absolutely not be eliminated. That is a great addition to that home! We are looking to relocate to TX from NC in 2025. Keep those videos coming!

I like the house you like best Tyler. 3600 square ft. But the first house for 40 ft. I do like also. To me it's what a home owner needs. The larger house are for people who have large families . I do like the idea of a 3 or 4 car garage. And put a full bathroom in part of in the garages. I did see a house with a full bathroom in a garage. I was impressed to see that. The home owner had that bathroom added to their house. I thought it was a good idea. It was in Conroe, Texas back in the late 80's or early 90's. They put a full bathroom inside of one side of their two car garage.

Maybe have the dinning room and kitchen separated by a partial wall but absolutely no to having a living room and dinning room together. I realized I had to take a good hot bath to get clean and to relax. You will want to feel that hot water on your butt. You butt will crave for the feeling of hot or warm water on your butt!!!!! Now please leave the bath tubs alone; you're going to need the bath tubs. Shower are for quickie. They does'nt leave you too clean. Your skin will eventually get bumps on your skin from half washed from a shower. Shower are for quickie for 15 minutes. You are going to put little or no soap and rinse off then get dress and just smell the soap. But you are not clean.
