This is a gorgeous home! It is stunning, this home has what I have been wanting to see in every home I've seen at this is your gorgeous patio or "10 month a year" room. To me, that is an essential part of what makes a house a home. Did I miss the price?
One thing though, please don't take away the big soaker tub .. especially from the master. I would definitely give up some shower space for that tub. That's a non- negotiable for me!! Lol!
However, it's a simply lovely home and I'm very impressed with the time and attention to detail you put into this home!!! ❣️it!

Thanks for saying the location of this lovely property. You would be surprised how many realtors never mention the location of their properties in their videos on RUclips. Some mention the city but not the state. Many Canadian realtor never mention the property is in Canada. I find that very strange. I guess the old saying "Every thing is local" is true.

The house is nice but I was shocked there was no soaking tub in the master. That is a deal breaker for me. Loved the 3 season porch with heat! That is a must for me in a new home! Love the pantry. That is another must. I’m seeing so many homes with the master on the 1st floor or on opposite side of the house from kids’ bedrooms. What about being able to hear the kids if they call you in the middle of the night? Most moms are already light sleepers. In this house many moms wouldn’t be able to sleep at all being in high alert for “Mommy!!!!” at night. And you run the risk of a kid falling down the stairs in the middle of the night coming to your room because they had a nightmare and you didn’t hear them calling you. Now if your kids are older.... the only time you would have an issue is when they are sick. I’d be concerned about resale value with a house where the master is far from kids’ rooms if the house was in a family friendly neighborhood. Just my 2 cents. The house is really nice

The house is 1 story so stairs are not an issue.
Intercom/baby cam. This is a custom house. The homeowners obviously didn’t want a tub.
Amazing home!! I find it funny that most relators do not show the garage area. I guess that's in a handbook for relators not to show garages.

I agree! If it had a jetted tub in master bath in addition to what is already there. Don't take anything away. Just make more room for tub somehow then this house would be perfect!

not sure on the name of the carpet, but the builder does use the brand Mohawk for carpeting. Hope that helps.

this builder model has a ton of upgrades and a finished basement and acre lot. I believe builder said in the $600's.
This is a wasted quality on a so called open floor plan. Why would people want to live in their kitchen? I don't get it.
Probably an expensive home but it's so blah. Everything is just a different shade of the same color.
