This builder designs beautiful houses. Great attention to detail. I would change only two things: I strongly prefer drawers for pots & pans. I’d never go back to cupboards again. And two, i strongly dislike walking through my laundry room. Separate mudroom is a must. Otherwise you’re constantly bringing grit etc into your laundry room. Otherwise, fantastic, as always
Downside is it looks like this is part of a HOA, no thanks to that! Beautiful home though! Thank you for the building the BEST model of home (Ranch), as they are nearly impossible to find as a new home (not in a 55 plus condo place that cost 500K each) in the north east. All the builders here want to build are over priced 3,000 square foot multi story homes that families THINK they need.

I'm sorry but that master closet is not "very" large. Only my clothes would fit in there. My husband would need to put his clothes in the guest bedroom. Beautiful home, though!
