Hello, thankyou for your inquiry. if you include site prep and everything you can figure between 200.00 and 250.00 per heated square ft. the way we generally build. But to be absolutely candid, not all square footage is created equal. It really takes a more individualized approach to get you accurate pricing.

But we’d like to keep it under $205 /sqft. Looking for a farmhouse style, 2400 (+/-) sqft, 3/3 split bedroom, bonus room, with an angled garage. Wife and I went through your floor plans and must have watched 20 of your videos on YT last night. Garden Hill and Jordan II are of interest.
