I’m a few hundred thousand short but I love it. Actually, you had me at laundry on the first floor instead of the basement. Wait! I take it back. That pantry is spectacular.
Great layout! There is one part of the house I would question. I wonder how the frig and pantry door would work out long term, seems odd to be at that corner angle to each other. Plus that space behind the kitchen that is staged as an office seems like better use would be a butlers pantry or straight up larger kitchen.
100% agree, and I wrote similar comments about the realistic flow of the kitchen in my critique. Sometimes you discover pretty quickly that a poorly thought out kitchen is a congestion nightmare and this one is a one person at a time kitchen or else someone's always in the way. Many features I liked! The ceiling in the kitchen / living room continuing through to the porch and the skylights, all the light throughout. I agree, a garden in the courtyard would be perfect. The various accent walls were lovely, I especially liked the ones in the powder room, master bath and master bedroom, but they were all great.
I love this! I would need a basement and access to it though. Also would like to screen in that back porch since we live in a wooded area, and make the inner court into a "terrarium" or hot house type of area with covered see through roof and enclosed glass back maybe. Don't want snow and rain in there. I think it would get more use. What would be the cost of it keeping materials the same throughout on a basement. Also wonder about the windows and if they could be tinted so as not to be seen inside. This is just what I've been thinking of, but couldn't get the design just right! Whoever did the design is a real plus to your company!
Absolutely incredible. Love the proportions and the layout on this one. And the design and decor is stunning…that master bedroom though!🤤 Out of this world!❤
I love the open kitchen, dining and living room area. It's great how the living area is buffered from the bedrooms. The outdoor spaces are great too. Too bad all the views are of a freeway. That noise would prevent me from enjoying time outside. The office needs a door if you're expecting to do any actual work in there. Also, how do you get a car into that garage? Seriously...how??
Seriously, is this house built in the middle of two freeways? And it's a model home, so the garage is likely used as an office for the community sales department. Once development is complete they tear out the ramp and pour a driveway.
I'm glad you did a video of such a modern home for a change because sometimes it gets a little monotonous to see so many homes that are, tbh, unoriginal. This is a beautiful home.
Hello Janna Jacob dear friend I hope you are fine . I guess you are interested in architecture and villa design. If you are interested in these topics I'm glad you visit my channel Our team uploads new videos every day, I am sure you will like them
As far as day to day use is concerned, @ 3:01, I'd much rather the garage be attached to the kitchen side of the the house. Replace the nook sitting area behind the kitchen with a mud room space for shoes, jackets, etc. Also coming home with groceries, you unload your vehicle and the kitchen/pantry are much closer and more convenient vs hauling everything either through the front door(weird) or past the master bedroom and across the entire house(annoying).
Beautiful home! Still trying to figure out why have a garage that a car CANNOT be driven into? And only a designer would put rocks that size in a court yard - totally useless and a twisted ankle just waiting to happen. Many very cool touches but a few "what the heck were they thinking" issues.
Man, this home is Awesome! Maybe I need to move down to Greenville and jump on this floor plan. That home with a full basement is just about perfect for our family.
Lots of nice design touches, but one major problem I have with the layout is the position of the garage relative to the rest. I don’t want to come into the house from the garage right by the bedrooms. That could be noisy for kids. Also, you get into the garage with a bunch of groceries, and you’d have to haul them through the whole house - past the bedrooms, through the foyer, all the way over to the kitchen. There’s a reason most homes lay out the garage close to the kitchen.
The outside fit & Finnish is rather sloppy ! I can see white caulk oozing out in between all the black trim from front to back ! know how can you expect someone to pay top dollar when the first thing they see is that ? makes me wonder what else you did to the inside 🤔 No thanks fellas I'll take a pass on this one .
The garage with useless door is bad enough, but the fridge tucked into a corner, you wouldn’t be able to open the left door enough to open the drawers. Very poor setup.
The best feature is the freeway right out the front door. Majestic.
I was considering the garage that requires you to drive over the shrubbery.

A solarium with a glass roof, plants ,water feature and fire place with seating would give the house personality. ❤
I hate when I see a really nice house like this on youtube and they get to the closet and it's some walmart tier wire closet system.
And wheres the laundryroom sink,?.
That courtyard would make a nice little raised vegetable garden. It would also make a nice little putting green?
Beautiful home! I love the ceilings and windows!!🙂👍🏼
Love it! Beautifully designed home! Nice done tour as well!
Absolutely incredible. Love the proportions and the layout on this one. And the design and decor is stunning…that master bedroom though!🤤 Out of this world!❤
Sending so much love to this home. I'll get inspiration from the design for my new farm house.
The name Huka Falls is from a tourist attraction in New Zealand. This house is very much like contemporary New Zealand home architecture.
Hopefully not as badly built as New Zealand homes…
I quite like the garage with a handy step up onto the path to the front door.
Love this Floorplan and the decor, would love to see a rendering with a finished basement for more bedrooms.
Magnifique le plafond et la disposition de la salle de vie avec véranda 👏👏👏👏
I'm glad you did a video of such a modern home for a change because sometimes it gets a little monotonous to see so many homes that are, tbh, unoriginal. This is a beautiful home.
Hello Janna Jacob dear friend
I hope you are fine . I guess you are interested in architecture and villa design. If you are interested in these topics

Love the view of the interstate
As far as day to day use is concerned, @ 3:01, I'd much rather the garage be attached to the kitchen side of the the house. Replace the nook sitting area behind the kitchen with a mud room space for shoes, jackets, etc. Also coming home with groceries, you unload your vehicle and the kitchen/pantry are much closer and more convenient vs hauling everything either through the front door(weird) or past the master bedroom and across the entire house(annoying).
I love the design of the kitchen especially the island and pantry 💯
That garage door configuration is genius, all you need to do is drive over the sidewalk across your lawn.
Love this small he!! Notice lots of space used for hallways wondet about how the hallway space could be better used for open space?
You’re not the sharpest knife in the drawer, are you? 🙄🤦♀️
I ❤❤️ this floor plan. I just wish there was a game room/home gym and home theater. Love the hidden pantry among other things
Beautiful home! Still trying to figure out why have a garage that a car CANNOT be driven into? And only a designer would put rocks that size in a court yard - totally useless and a twisted ankle just waiting to happen. Many very cool touches but a few "what the heck were they thinking" issues.
Nice location next to the freeway so calming and quiet.
It’s a beautiful home but for $500,000.00 I would expect the closets and pantry to have actual shelves not wire racks.
For 500,000 I would expect 1/3rd of an empty lot, but I guess it’s all about perspective and where we live.
Man, this home is Awesome! Maybe I need to move down to Greenville and jump on this floor plan. That home with a full basement is just about perfect for our family.
Instead of stones and pebbles id rather have that courtyard full of plants, grass and bonzais but thats just me but overall its a beautiful home✌️
I really like the high ceilings and a frame in the kitchen
Lots of nice design touches, but one major problem I have with the layout is the position of the garage relative to the rest. I don’t want to come into the house from the garage right by the bedrooms. That could be noisy for kids. Also, you get into the garage with a bunch of groceries, and you’d have to haul them through the whole house - past the bedrooms, through the foyer, all the way over to the kitchen. There’s a reason most homes lay out the garage close to the kitchen.
ILOVE LOVE LOVE this floor plan! I watch your video at least twice a week. You show some beautiful homes but this take he cake!!!
Gorgeous. !! I love it... My dream house.. Thank you for this beautiful video.. GOD BLESS!!🙏💖
Nothing screams getaway retreat like a highway in your backyard.
Or front yard
Thank you for touring this home, it really is amazing!
The garage with useless door is bad enough, but the fridge tucked into a corner, you wouldn’t be able to open the left door enough to open the drawers. Very poor setup.
Exactly. Not to mention no privacy in office, outdoor areas that arent connected and are like 20m above ground. Its like ai generated bs
