Awesome house. Great design. The size of the bedrooms is impressive. Finally, a modern kitchen with drawers for storage, and not cabinets with rustic doors, and normal plumbing in the shower is especially pleasing. The view from the windows is worth some money.

A huge very beautiful home. One could definely host a big Christmas, New Year, or Super Bowl party in this home. Hi Tim, Jen and boys. This home is beautiful, and expertly designed. This is perfect but not for me. I love the last one still the best. The furnishings are perfect for this home. The top notch finishes are gorgeous. Way to much cleaning for a older person. Great narration Tim.

The best home I've seen so far was the Westpoint Schumacher home in Acron Ohio. The only thing I'd do different with that house is add an oven.

Wow.
I really like this house. Its only downside is the master suite's amenities for a house in this price range. TBH, the master feels like it's made for a single person, not a couple. I don't mind the lack of a tub, some people might. Smaller bathroom and closet than many would want. 09:48 I question two people sharing this little space for a closet, especially if your wife enjoys clothing shoes and bags.
At 10:18 the thing the bathroom lacks is, well, space for two people to get ready for their day together. Also, no place for my wife to set up her makeup while she sits / stands in front of a mirror getting ready. I like the sinks, but they take up most of the counter space.
I like / love the rest of the house though. Especially getting rid of the formal dining area in lieu of a larger kitchen with multiple islands. I LOVE that. If I were building this, I'd speak to the contractor to find out if it were possible to extend the lower wall on the floor plan several feet to extend the bathroom and closet some. Would make one of the upstairs bedrooms REALLY large, but...
EXACTLY! The primary suite was a big let down for me. As specular as this home is and that KITCHEN, coming off from that room into the primary suite I was expecting an BAM BOOM effect. And it was lackluster. The bedrooms upstairs were more exciting.
I have a sense this is a vacation ski home and not a 365 home. You can tell the house is really designed around vacationing and hosting

It's Beautiful, with Stunning Views, but where is N.H.?!!
Going to say, the main family and living rooms were wonderful, going into the bathrooms they looked as though the builder went to the cheapest section of Lowes or Home Depot. 30 cent subway tiles, $20 mirrors and $40 light fixtures and double sinks for on suit bathrooms. They also had no linen closets or storage for hair products and devices. This is most definitely an Airbnb where planned conveniences are not needed.
Can the floor plan be changed to a singe floor w/a basement, plus the square footage be smaller?
So just re-design the entire house? LOL. You could remove the option of the 2nd floor, but it would effect the look of the house as the ridgeline of the roof would be lowered, and could effect architectural details. As for a smaller SQFT, where would you want to shrink?
Is there another version of this house recorded somewhere else? Did you do the one yet?
I do not understand why with all the beautiful windows, they put the sink in an island, does not make sense! Big kitchen! Beautiful views😊

I rather have the sink in the island especially if the kitchen faces east or west. I hate to have to close the blinds when preparing and cleaning up due to the sun in my face to where I can't see

This beautiful home has both a rustic and industrial feel. Its neutral palette makes it appealing to anyone. I have never been to Kennebunkport, but I am sure it pales in comparison to this lodge with its two laundry rooms. When I become a crypto-currency billionaire, this will be the first thing I purchase. Great tour!
Too bad the main level room ceilings seem low. If they were higher, especially in the kitchen, they wouldn’t look so dark. The kitchen is very dark, and partly that’s the color of the appliances and shelves. Too dark for me.

Would be perfect for a Gothic makeover and some addition for a Bathtub in the master Suite, was disappointing to see that on the main and not upstairs taking up most of the floor.

So they built the house in a superior way where you can see it and cheaped out where you dont notice.
The house is absolutely breathtaking, however as breathtaking as it is the primary suite was a complete let down. That should have been a showplace. That bathroom should have been a huge with a beautiful tub (cast iron to match the rustic beams), it's own water closet for the toilet, huge walk in closets with California Closet built in shelving system and island, and a really nice sitting area with a fireplace (since it's lodge style home). The bedrooms upstairs were more spectacular than the primary. It should have match the specular kitchen with the same excitement. That's my only issue.

Stunningly beautiful ❤️ but it's to massive in sq.ft. . Change the size of upstairs bedroom and baths. Downstairs that one bedroom near bath would becomes two bed and shared bath. Just have to change layout and downsize certain areas . But everything else .
12:13 I like how the toilet around the corner gives you room to move. It's not the equivalent of a tiny high school locker the bully tries to stuff you into.
Way too many master bath toilets are like that. Why?

When you demo a home, OPEN UP the drawers, refrigerator, wine storage, ovens, etc, so people can see the functionality there, not just what it looks like. That is the most used room of any house, its literal core.
This is a personal home.. I don’t rifle through personally owned homes Fleeb. If it’s a model I’ll open everything😉
@@TimothyPLivingston besides.... a "few" things I'd change, so knowing how the oven works or the wine fridge.... It is totally subject to change due to anyone's taste. I get it but thanks for saying.. behind that door is..... lol.... I can use my imagination
