I love this home but I would change the golf course to a bedroom with a bathroom and closet instead. I also wouldn't have carpet in any part of the home.
As a nerd who plays D&D and is a Forever DM, that'd be our designated Game Spot. Below the master bedroom, so the only ones disturbed by the noise would be us, but ... Well... If we're playing, we ain't sleeping lol. Plus far from at least one of the basement bedrooms so still some noise seperation downstairs.
Hello Timothy! This is one beautiful home. I think I agree with you about having a mantle above the fireplace. What they had was pretty though, but I still agree with you. Three things I Really don't like about the place. I am Not a fan of Jack 'n' Jill bathroom's. So I would change that. The Dining Room has too much glass; there's no place for me to put Grandma's China Cabinet! So I'd have to change that. Nor do I like the golf course inside. Neither of us play golf nor have any desire to do so! We'd have to turn that room into something else. I'm sure we could come up with something! If we were willing to pay that kind of price for a home that is! We aren't. But it is nice to look at sometimes! Good video, Timothy! God bless you and your family!
Wow timothy I am in love what a beauty full home i love everything about this home i love the kitchen the living room the beauty full dining room and i love the laundry room / mudroom i love the beauty full deck by the living room i love the base ment i love love the fire place i love the bedroom downstairs the mainbedroom and bathroom i love all the other bedrooms i love the midia room i love love everything thank you for showing us this amazing home timothy take care and God bless Anja
I love your channel. It’s so neat to see the variety of homes you showcase on your channel. I especially love the infinity homes (Pittsburgh native here!). Thanks for your content!
First secondary bedroom would be a nice hooping room then next a pole studio. I would consider rigging some silks in the living room and then a recording studio in basement with hot tub outside.
I’m loving these gorgeous, big homes! So much fun, though I sometimes think some of the space is wasted or oddly used. For instance, the dry bar outside the master suite… I’d need to come up with a better use for that space! Maybe a built-in desk unit for a kitchen “command post”. The one huge flaw that I saw was the poorly placed HVAC vent in the kitchen. It’s located smack in front of the dishwasher and sink! If the sink overflows or there’s an issue with the DW, that’s going to be a nightmare with water pouring down that vent! In addition to that, most people trot around their homes barefoot. A narrow section of kitchen like that one gets a lot of traffic in every inch and that means you’re standing EVERYWHERE. Imagine how uncomfortable it would be to step on that sharp metal vent! I’d have to relocate it. I had something similar in the design of my kitchen and I rerouted the duct to come up under the island and vent out into the kitchen from the kick board under the cabinets next to the sink. If you had a true flood, it could still be a problem, I guess, but it’s very unlikely it would collect enough with enough depth to be problematic. And in this house, it could even be moved to the opposite side of the galley and vented out from under the cabinets across from where it currently is in the floor. Or from the other end of that line of cabinets (on the other side of the stove).
You did a good job showing the house. One thing you need to start mentioning is that all of the homes, at least the ones I've watched you show, have soft closing drawers & cupboard doors. You open a nd close, but never mention. They are awesome to have. I don't think they're something that makes or breaks the sell, but, they are a great feature. If this home was anywhere but in tornado alley, I'd say great. It is a nice home, but it could be gone in a flash. Especially with all the huge windows. I thought it was interesting that the put the master next to the kitchen. Hopefully they have quiet kids and guests. I was amazed at the huge utility closets. They're bigger than my master bedroom. Well done!
Beautiful home. I love all the big windows and the Butler's pantry. The upstairs is a nice touch, too. I just wish they wouldn't put the closets in the bathrooms. That just grosses me out. Lol.
Always enjoy your tours - fantastic job with the camera, timing, pace, and peeking into all the corners! I like a lot of things about this house and floor plan. I've lived in Wichita years ago, so trying to figure out what area it's in based on the water view, but I"m stumped.
Off 45th street between Hoover and ridge. All new developments and lakes. Sucked the sand out of the fields filled with water put in streets and building houses like crazy
The only comment Iwould make, besides the fact that it’s an absolutely beautiful home, is that the lowest level where they have the wine bar and the additional cabinets, doesn’t have a dishwasher. If you’re going to entertain someplace that has a huge television, awine bar, and cabinets, you’re going to have entertain and no place to wash the dishes. It would be a pain to carry all the dirty glasses and snack dishes upstairs to dishwasher to wash.
I would like a mantel also. Love the wood in Living & Kitchen. Bedrooms smaller than I like. The Garages are huge. Love the 1/2 Bath and Laundry Room and tile. Over Garage has nice size bedroom. Don’t care for the putting room, wasted space to me.
Nice home, if you like the surround of the fireplace you can always Mount a mantle on top of the lip. The tile used is different and very nice in this home and that flooring in the laundry garage entry and 1/2 bath looks cool but would be a nightmare to keep clean. Those garages look huge and looks like at minimum this house would have a 4 car capacity if not larger.
Who is the builder of this home, like the layout and big windows, looking for a floorplan to use on a new lake home. Think this could be a good walk out basement floorplan for us.
Absolutely gorgeous home from the colors and materials to the layout. It was weird to me how the stairs went right up to that one window. That would be a pain to clean. 9’ ceilings upstairs would have made it nicer. Overall great tour!
Love the home Tim but I would only have it in my dreams ($1.1 million) There and some things I would change and what happened to the soaking tub in master bedroom??? It seemed to me the master bedroom was the smallest room after the two in the front of the house. Bblessed Tim, you and your family. Miss Teena
I spend half the day pacing from window to window due to PTSD. This house seems a lot more pacer friendly compared to the Infinity homes you just shown.
@@TimothyPLivingston it looks huge and I love to watch tours of huge expensive houses that I will never be able to afford. I notice that a lot of the big expensive houses have wet or dry bars with wine fridges I guess rich people love their expensive alcohol too. I love your channel as well and I miss seeing Jen and the kids. Merry Christmas to you all.🎄
I don’t like that you can smash a window, reach your hand in and unlock the door. Security systems are for somewhat normal people to be scared of. Are they shatter proof windows?
It is a relatively safe neighborhood. It is a new neighborhood, too. I live in the general area. That under-stair area is likely meant to be a storm shelter, hence the table. Tornado Alley definitely includes Wichita, KS.
OMG - WHY?!?!??!?!??! why in the world does every single home have to have the kitchen in the damn living room???????????????? I grew up with the kitchen NOT being in the living room. @@shaunstrasser1 and i've hated it since it began. what's next? the toilet in the same room? seems it's all about not missing the tv shows. i loved the home i grew up in. i dont understand paying more for less wood used
@Emma RaeS people are just the opposite. That's why you see people tear down walls in older homes which I think is wrong. I don't care for one large room that is the kitchen, dining and living rooms myself in big homes. In a small home I can understand that set up.
They can keep there blue ribbon for decor. I cringe every time I see a vaulted ceiling. They're beautiful, for sure. But I lived in a house that had a 28ft vaulted ceiling in the great room and it was absolutely FREEZING in the winter. Miserable. Never again.

Def if you're going to take up space with a fireplace, it should have a proper mantel or forget it.
I love this home but I would change the golf course to a bedroom with a bathroom and closet instead. I also wouldn't have carpet in any part of the home.

I love having carpets in our room keep it warm in the winter time.
I agree a bedroom and bathroom
Jacuzzi/steam room for me. Def not a putting green.
Agree 10000%
Thank you for sharing this video @
THIS HOUSE IS PERFECT ... this should be your "I'll never leave this place" home. 👏😃👍🇺🇸
WOW!!!!!! Nothing more needs to be said!
I like the way the laundry can be accessed from master as well as rest of house. Very efficient
For over a mil it would be nice to have a freestanding bathtub in the master
Awesome home 🏡
Yessir. Always can rely on Timothy for a good house post! Loving the modern ones.
WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!
That is my house 😻😻😻😻🥰thanks really nice video buddy 🤩🤩🤩🤩👏👏👏👍
Beautiful home. I love all the big windows!
ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL!!
Absolutely stunning! The first 2 bedrooms off the foyer would make amazing dual offices
I think the interior design of the Schumacher homes is by far superior regardless of who received any ribbons.
Awesome home! Enjoyed the tour. Yes it needs a mantle
You should show more of the stoves, ovens, are they gas, electric? Does it have a garbage disposal? Trash compactor.

Did not expect $1.1M in Wichita. I thought you were going to say $800k
That house use to be 800k now it’s 1.1m.

No tub in the master?
When will this floor plan become available on your website?
What is the grey color on the doors and cabinets please?

At 6:00, I wish they would have put the HVAC register in the toe kick below the sink instead of cutting into the floor.
Notice the closets are better here? I made a couple comments on the houses in pa.

Did you tour the Austin by infinity homes? If so when will it be on RUclips?

You should tour Utah homes
Not bad for $1.1M. Love all the built-in linen cabinetry throughout. Love the master closet connected to the laundry room.
I may buy this huge house man, how can I get the whole information, pal?
I would need a mantle if I had a fire place, also I need shelving in my shower.
Can I have the exact location ?
I noticed the dryer hookup was electric only, while the water heaters and stove were gas. Hmm...
No master bathtub? Ugh!

Uh, theres a floor vent in the actual floor in the kitchen, - the highest traffic area of the house...🤔
Beautiful home, but it looks like it's in the middle of Nowhere
Love the tours but wish there was less talking and just point things out with the camera

Missing a bathtub in master.
