Surprised more of these type of homes are not built with more bedrooms with their own ensuite bathrooms, I toured many high dollar homes recently where I live in what is called the Parade of Homes Tour where once a year certain builders showcase homes they built in the tour and you pay for a ticket and drive around to see all the homes and MANY this time had more than one bedroom with its own full bathroom and some had the Jack & Jill style too .one even had the master closet with its own washer & dryer separate from the main laundry area.

The kitchen faucet is Oiled Bronze.
I really love how the curtains are high up to elongate the room in the the first room you showed. Fixtures are amazing as well beams, lighting, windows, tiles, ceilings, floors are all amazing😃

Perfect kitchen & pantry setup, no corner cabinets, yay! Love the pocket office on the way to master bedroom. Half bath near the entrance, awesome.
Pocket office? Who needs that when there’s a full office off the front door? Expand the pantry into the “pocket office” and use it as a butler’s pantry, complete with cabinetry and natural light!
This home is AWESOME!! I would remove the office nook though.

A couple of comments- please open bedroom closet doors so we can see the size. Similar request for kitchen. I can imagine they’re high quality cabinets with great functionality, but it’d still be nice to see inside, and the slow close; coat closet, garage size. And what about the basement. TY!
We looked at these before anything was built up next to them. We're priced out now, should have jumped on it when we first toured them.

This is nice, living area kinda of open which I'm not crazy about but the one thing I noticed therw was no sink in the laundry area.
The word I like to use, to describe the cabinet & drawer pulls, is “minimalist”. Also, I like this home.
This has been my dream home since my husband and I started looking at homes. It might be out of our price range, but Schumacher has lots of options and beautiful homes. I'm going to have to get used to the intro. I do enjoy your channel and love seeing you branch out to different kinds of homes recently!

Love this home. It does need a hand held shower head by a built in seat in the shower separate from the main shower head in a shower of this size. I'd like a larger stove top too. Plus a trash can drawer close to the sink. That back porch is to die for all its missing is an outdoor kitchen.
Timothy, The trey ceiling in the master BR looks nice. Still say half picture windows & transoms windows would be nice & safer. (Terrified of BE via long windows to the floor.) More windows for natural light, PLEASE.

In reference to the kitchen bar pulls I believe the word best used to describe them would be "petite". IMO. I'm sure that there are many more descriptive words that could be used to describe then. I actually love the look of the more petite size instead of the bulkier size. Hope you and your family have a great day and I will see your beautiful face in the next video 😊
Beautifully designed for a 4 bedroom home on a footprint of only 2,400 sq. ft. Add a basement and you've got a real winner.

Your homes are beautiful, I wish you came out west more. I'm in Cali ( which is bad enoug) and most of your builders aren't out here. There is a huge demand for cheaper homes out here. Especially up North.

The ceiling is called a trey ceiling and when that first came a big thing it was called a trey ceiling with recessed lighting however I didn’t see lighting so I’m assuming just a trey ceiling ... I love schumaker homes, it’s hard to believe that they are a modular builder. Their house plans are amazing and they never forget all of the little touches, I think they are phenomenal builders as a matter of fact this is the home that my son and daughter are both thinking of building I think it’s beautiful the only thing I would have a issue with is the fact it has no tub in the master...
Can you open some of the cabinet and closet doors please. Very important to see one the quality and two the types of shelving

Many nice features in=this home and like the bathrooms and bedrooms and bonus room but the main living area and kitchen not so much as another person wrote kinda cold. As you know I don't care for white kitchen cabinets or waterfall counter islands so maybe if it had a different color or stain cabinet with nice country style island with turned legs it would warm up that area and possibly the whole room feel would change. But nice home but can say even though many things a very nice it doesn't grab me. There was another one that did.this builder designed a nice home for those folks that don't want to really sit at home to enjoy it more for entertaining guests that come and go
Nice house. I wish you would adjust your camera so it shows the true size of the rooms vs. making the rooms looking distorted.
I’ve lived in large 4000 plus similar to this, a two story custom built with carpets . Now in a 2100 open concept bungalow with ceramic hardwood look flooring through the whole house which my iRobot cleans. No longer need this amount of space for me. Been there done it! Much happier smaller.
And here I thought 1200 sqft was big. Not sure how big the house I grew up in was, it was 3bd/1bth until my parents added a master suite upstairs and made my room an en-suite. My college and after college life I never lived in very large apartments and homes.
It is nice, and the decor is stunning, but where is the fireplace? How do you hang stockings on Christmas eve? Also, think that the builder should have put a double vanity in the kids' bathroom.

How do I reach those upper cabinets in the kitchen:)
On a ladder, kept in the laundry/utility room. To be taken out once a year to get the xmas or other seasonal stuff rarely used kept up there
They keep getting bigger an intercom system will be the next standard....lol. Definitely some unique stuff in this one.
Returning to the mid 1900’s when that was the thing to have and show you were wealthy.
Beautiful home. I don't recommend these particular hand pulls on the kitchen cabinets. My clothes always get hung up on them.

Maybe I missed it, but where is the microwave? Maybe there are 2 ovens in stead of the microwave. Is one able to add it in the purchase?
Nice looking home. Bet it’s close to 300,000 + ,and that doesn’t include the land it’s put on. Did it have a door for a basement? The cabinets were great but you will need a ladder to access the upper ones. No master tub. Really like the back deck. You didn’t open any of the bedroom closet doors. Nice to look at, but I wouldn’t buy it. Not a warm cozy home, more of a “come in but don’t get comfortable “ home. Thanks for the tour.

I thoroughly agreed with this gentleman's assessment of this particular home, the Charleston model of somewhere - that it was "beautiful, nice, gorgeous," and etc.
And yes, I agreed that certain of the features noted were "cute" and etc as well.
Unfortunately I was struck by the lack of detail in all comments. Comments that speak to the specifics of the options such as I dunno - countertops, backsplashes, flooring choices (?), ceiling heights, builder, design center, location, size and characteristics of the community - really anything at ALL regarding specifics would certainly be preferable over all this smattering of the poster's personal reactions. These were seriously the worst descriptions I've ever seen or heard in any type of real estate video - groan ...
I mean, how about instead at least some variety and a few alternatives?? "Visually stunning"- anything to break up these oh-so-ho-hum repetitive adjectives that are so lacking in substance! This was very frustrating!!!
Otherwise a very cute home, lol! Where is it?? Price point? What am I missing here? Anything, lol?
