Its like the third video in a row where I'm like "omg, this is the one!" Awesome master room- I don't know why more custom builders don't design in a bonus space for the master room like that. Really gives it an upscale hotel feel
Timothy?? You are SPOT ON with this modern home!! It looks really futuristic!! Just really designed different!! Very well made!! Roomy and Just Beautiful!! You keep bringing us the BEST!! Thank You!!
My plugs are up under the cabinets. Tile is uninterrupted. Nice and clean. Only difference is my plugs are linear and spread out along the cabinet run. Can plug in anywhere.
The kitchen + pantry w/space for 2nd fridge and garage + space for a few workshop bench tools really checked the boxes for me. Just wondering about laundry rooms on the upper floor - what happens if the washing machi8ne starts to leak ? A floor centered drain would be nice but I don't see them. The master suite layout was spot on, coffee in the AM and wine in the PM without making the long trek to the kitchen.
I'm in Love with this home, it is GORGEOUS. Love the design and layout, only thing I would add is a elevator. Because of my physical disability I can not do stairs.
I work with Woodland Homes- we actually do put elevators in our custom homes as well! We just finished a custom home with one for someone with a disability :)
I'm not into the modern esthetic, but i do like the layout, and the pot filler, hidden walk-through pantry, and that master suite won me! All it's missing is a private master laundry room and a private master suite balcony. 😅
For the kitchen electrical plugs, I prefer to have the pop ups in the counter. Having an electrical outlet under the cabinet it just doesn't make decor sense to me having a wire ran up the wall. The rule of thumb, whatever you have left out, consider that's your decor
Timothy, you keep forgetting the dimensions of the bedrooms. I absolutely really love the layout of this place and the exterior of it. I wish that master suite was on the main level, however. That was the first time I've seen a fireplace in the master bedroom. I have some ideas for the basement area.
Would definitely put a library in that space off the front door. Kitchen = sad beige kitchen. Like a lot of these homes it has a small dining room compared to the number of bedrooms. The primary bedroom is good in concept but good be better in function. If you separate the lounge and coffee areas from the bedroom when you have a couple where one is a night owl and the other is a morning person one can use the lounge without waking the other.
Overall, the houses very well done. The highlight of the house has to be the primary Bedroom because of that little sanctuary for the TV. The only downside of this house was the gimmick fake doors into the pantry when you have a door for the pantry right around the corner. That area could be easily used for the microwave and pull out drawers below it with a workspace underneath it continuing the counterspace from the stove area. But overall a good house with a couple minor flaws.
I like this place. Of course a few tweaks. That front area I'd have closed off, add a wall and door into it. It could have a Guest Coat Closet in it and seating. Sort of a Parlor. Put in an Elevator and maybe a Powder Room where the stairs are. The other Bathroom I'd have made a full bath Ensuite and that back room be a Guest Bedroom. You'd have to take some space from the Pantry but the Pantry could use some space from that Garage area. Just thought of a better way to make that a Bedroom...make the current Powder Room a Closet and where the existing closet is take some room from the Garage and put an Ensuite there. No need to change the Pantry then. The upstairs is okay. I like the toured layout better than the plans in the Master. Again, for me make the Basement walls taller. Try to get all the utilities, like the water main in the same area as the furnace and water heater. With them having used floor trusses I don't know why they have a jack post where it is. If they used the right floor trusses there is no need for a jack post. No span is too long to be handled by just trusses.
Those hidden plugs in the kitchen are simultaneously great and stupid. Sure, as long as there's nothing plugged in it looks great, but as soon as you plug something in you've got a cord dangling as if you installed some cheap cabinet lighting and didn't bother to hide the cord... That's probably the reason why they didn't stage any coffee maker, it probably looked really bad with the cord just hanging behind it.
I liked this house and yes the Master Suite. I also liked the kitchen except for the stove. I would prefer a gas stove. Everything else was designed well on the first and top level and I guess whomever buys will do with the basement what they would like.
Nice house, but for me the master would have to be on the first floor. One of the reasons this house is at this price point is the lot is smaller, but good price these days.
love these tours, but as a non american sometimes it just feels like the builders made these with so much square footage that they dont know what to put in them to fill up the spaces lol. idk, bigger the house the more stuff u buy to fill it up i guess.
Still too modern for me, but I like the Electric Stove! I prefer wood fireplaces. I like the pantry and mud room being close together. I also love basements.
@@OGtruthserum Craftsman is my favorite. It feels like home to me, regular “Farmhouse” works for me too. I don’t like the flat faced cabinets in “modern” style kitchens and bathrooms. I need more texture, but no wtw carpeting, wood floors only.
@@karens8633 Interesting, I need to check those out. There are so many house styles at this point! Do you prefer the open space of modern contemporary home, or would you prefer more walls? I know modern contemporary home have the least amount of privacy, but it does have the most amount of sunlight which I love! Too bad all the new ones are built on lots without much of a view.
@@karens8633 I think my favorite is still the Vietnamese/French architecture combination houses you only find in Vietnam. It's like living in a fancy hotel. It's hard to explain why they looks so unique inside and out. All of them use spiral staircase which are my absolute favorite!
Nice home except for the outlets in the kitchen under the cabinets. Anything plugged in will have a cord dangling from underneath the cabinet which would look ten times worse than an outlet. Someone didn't think that idea through.
I could live in that master bedroom alone. Absolutely incredible!

I love this house 💐💐
Wow this is the best ever. Perfect home. Beautiful house.
Wow Beautiful Home 🥰
Yes I definitely could live here ❤
My plugs are up under the cabinets. Tile is uninterrupted. Nice and clean. Only difference is my plugs are linear and spread out along the cabinet run. Can plug in anywhere.
Same …I love the placement of my outlets. At least once a week I think how smart I was for this decision 🤣
That primary bedroom -- chef's kiss.

The master suite is fantastic. Change the sofa out for recliners and I’d call it Heaven!
Ummm... yes please! That master suite ❤🎉
Gorgeous house
There’s a lot to like in this house 🏡.
What I wouldn't give for a beauty like this! And I'm not usually a fan of the modern home. Thank you so much for the tour😊
Very cool house. And I don't even prefer Ulta modern. Keep um coming 😁
I loved this one! Loved the master suite. This one checks all the boxes for me!
I would buy that for the master bedroom alone!
I like the master suit. This house had a nice layout.

It's perfect. I'de move that TV down a row of stone, but the builder nailed this entire house.
This is the one!!!
Beautiful, thanks for sharing ❤ the master!
Thank You for the tour, you always do such a great job showing the Homes.
IT WAS AMAZING
Master suite is everything
18:01 Tub makes me think. “Coconut” with those colors, very interesting. I would need it to be an air-bath. I love the open space in the basement!
Beauty full home
Love it!!

Love this layout!
Amazing what you get for the money. Very few homes give you this sort of value for your hard earned money.

Timothy I love your videos
I spoke too soon. You spotted them. Yeah I like that. Very clean.
Wow, getting wild and exciting with those quick edits and fancy depth shots! Awesome!

Wow! Such a nice layout and for just over $700K. This would definitely be well over 1.2M in the Portland, Oregon area.
Jeezy the Snow ⛄️ Man ✊🏽
Just wish it had a Double Oven🥰
It has a double oven range.
Love this homd
I am spoiled Tim!

Agreed on the DR. I like to be able to seat 10-12 at my table. Neither that front space nor the area they had set up as a DR could handle that.

there is an outlet under the top cabinet where the nook is
The pantry makes a good space for a freezer.
It’s crazy that this same home would be almost 2 million in California or 1.2 million or so in some other places!

Why gas stove?
Grow lots of trees in that backyard
Loved the whole house but I don't need the fancy imported tub

What is up with not putting a mantle on the fireplace?

I'd put a stand up deep freezer.
none of that exterior looks real. everything looks flimsy... and like a science lab.
Again, a sink that in real life is terribly placed.
You never open the fridge in any of your videos. I like to see the different type of fridges. Very frustrating and careless on your part.
