I love just about everything this home has to offer! The one thing I would definitely change is it needs a 3 car garage. Not enough space for cars and lawn equipment. Thanks so much for the tour😊
I feel like Tim is one of the luckiest people, getting to go all over the country to look at nice houses. I know there’s a lot of time spent editing too, but I’d still think it’s great. And Tim, you have an easy going voice and a nicer in-depth tour than the realtors tend to show in videos. I like hearing about a house from someone “average” instead of a realtor trying to get a sale anyway.
I toured this home in October. It's among other second generation homes in a highly sought after (close in) location in Raleigh where homes built in the 1960s are being replaced.
I didn’t hear at the beginning if this was more of a custom builder, but I always think it’s a bit dishonest when house companies show model homes with tons of neat trim work that they hire subcontractors to do and are not part of any of their standard trim levels. It makes for quite a letdown for when you buy the version of the house that just has plain walls everywhere instead of the ones in the foyer for example. Toll Brothers, I’m looking at you!
Am I the only one who hates fireplaces in living rooms? Every house in North Carolina has a fireplace in the living room and it takes away from the beautiful real estate that Master big screen TV could use. This house is in Raleigh how often does it actually get cold enough where they're actually going to use a fireplace?

I absolutely really love the layout of this place and the exterior of it. I wouldn't change a thing about this place.❤❤❤❤❤
This may be my favorite that you've toured.

Super cute. Great architecture too 😊
I like this home. The entrance is very lovely and I like the trim work.

I love that stairway!
It is very nice!
Hey Tim raining and yucky here lol, make my day❤
TIMOTHY?? VERY LOVELY HOUSE!! PLAIN AND YET SUBTLE!! JUST REALLY APPEALING TO THE APPETITE!! THANK YOU!!
I would get rid of those small windows on side of the fireplace and put shelves. Beautiful house.
I would continue that accent design on the walls all the way up to the ceiling in the entryway. Like it is in the stairs.
How about some houses between 850K and 1.2M? That said I do really like the layout of this one! Just don't need that much space anymore.
Great pasta making island. :)
I would love if you would go to Washington State, and viewed more single level homes!
That checkered shirt is getting the biggest workout ever! 😂
A little more separation between the kitchen and living room would make this a perfect home in my opinion.
I would paint that blue in the bathroom that is the blue tile in the shower
In my opinion a jack and jill bathroom should have a sink and toilet in each side and a shared shower.
Love the house...just not the stairs where they are placed...

I don’t like black and white when there is colours in the rainbow❤
I have a spare fridge and freezer in the garage.
Nice home, but for that much money, the tile needs to reach the ceiling is those showers!
Porch needs to be much larger
Why no niches in the showers?
That's a silly miss, but I suspect that they'd put them in to sell the home.
Because there's benches instead
That’s what I thought too. Would not want my shampoo sitting on the benches.
I absolutely hate the stairs right beside the front door!!!
Not enough parking for the number of bedrooms.
I Love the fact that you do these home tours but it is very off 😢putting that you Never take your shoes off in the houses.
In what fantasy world is this home 1.8 million dollars?
No outlets in the garage
