Timothy was almost disappointed when he didn’t see that spice drawer. That’s his favorite thing! 🤭 I love the fact that he seems so genuinely impressed & excited by things in each home. He doesn’t act as if he’s seen it all. Just so refreshing and kid like with his excitement! Makes me excited when I’m touring the house with him! ♥️
Loved the kitchen, and the pantry, liked the fact they had a separate freezer in the pantry because the one in the kitchen was just a fridge.
The master bathroom tub area should have a shelf on the wall and would like to have seen a bench in the shower as well as a rain head shower.
I like having a freezer (that's large) in an adjacent room.
Definitely would choose cabinets over open shelves
Almost wish that hidden garage had a side driveway cause that downstairs could easily be a mother in law floor. It's like a second house!
For over $1M, I expected a larger master BR and bath. Plus, the rooms are small and should all have WIC. The catwalk may be attractive, but it’s so much wasted space.
I like almost everything about this home, EXCEPT for that price I would expect Tile Showers in the Bathrooms. Not the cheap inserts.
The basement bathroom shower was a lot bigger than the master bedroom shower and had benches that sucks
The two-sided fireplace was sweet, so is the garage space!
Nice... But I wouldn't want my refrigerator right next to my ovens!!! That area in the basement - under the stairs - is a perfect storm shelter area, and the bed\bath\kitchen could be great for an in -laws suite.
That small room in the basement could be a workout space or office. The 5th garage could be for four wheelers or motorcycles but probably a golf cart. I think maybe the fireplace mantel is the right one because it had that rustic ceiling fan. Beautiful beautiful home. I love the black and white along with the natural colors.
I really like this one! I’d choose another color other than gray. I agree - that mantel should stay! I can’t do the catwalks tho - I have a fear of .heights and had to look away even when you were going across. Plus, I’ve been in homes with them, and don’t like all the noise that travels up when the space is so open like that. But, overall it is beautiful and is nicely laid out.
I have the same height issue with catwalks. The noise is an issue too and temperature control in that area.
Beautiful
The immediate view I see reminds me of a double wide manufactured or modular home, not what I want for my million plus dollar home
Yeah more people should know what "location, location, location" means. This builder is betting the buyer wont.
Beauty full home thanks for showing gid bless Best regards anja
I love the kitchen, but would like both the refrigerator and freezer in the kitchen itself. Like the color scheme throughout the house and the backyard garage is a fantastic idea. Nice house overall. 🏡
I love when the homes aren't staged. I can picture my things in there better.
Especially since they feel pretty generic with most of the decorating.
I liked the layout of the living room. I liked the over all layout of this home. I am not a fan of the pipe supports in the pantry, I'm not living in a warehouse. Maybe bc I worked in a warehouse and I don't want to be reminded of work when I'm at home. Also I agree with the commenter about the open shelves in the kitchen, would rather see cabinets. I liked that they didn't put the TV over the fireplace and had a large cabinet built in. Thanks for the tour. 😊😊😊
It's a steampunk/retro-industrial look with the pantry pipes.
I completely agree. I’m tired of the idea of having to lay down to watch tv feet above the fireplace!
I like that this one doesn't have a dedicated office. Keeping work and home life separated is the key to happiness. Working from home takes you away from what homes are for, spending with family which is most important.
Working away from homes takes you away from family, which is most important. I work from home 40 hours a week, and I can't imagine going back to being away from home for 8-9 hours a day.
@@theguythatcouldfly my kids are in school during the day and my wife is at work too. I'm still away from them if I worked at home. It is good if you have that way but most do not. I'm just saying, I want my home to be my sanctuary to relax and have nothing to do with my job. I don't want to associate my stress of work with my home.
@@theguythatcouldfly I completely agree. Ive worked both in the office and WFH. I love having the flexibility of doing both if necessary. However, during inclement weather I love staying warm in my pjs and working from home. I don’t miss office politics, paying for gas or having to drive. I can completely turn off work once I’m done and enjoy my home after I clock out!
Wow beautiful home
Like the rounded doors on the Pantry and mud room
Not a fan of the metal bars in the pantry takes away counter space
Yeah, the pantry is a big no....
Looks like they installed the pipes upside down. They should be hanging from the ceiling to keep the counter clear.
Nice home but was surprised by the carpeted stairs, landing and walkway upstairs. Also the Fiberglass tub insert and small bedrooms upstairs. I also would prefer to cabinets vs the shelves in the kitchen.
Beautifully done. Love this one!
Timothy?? This Looks Like A Southwestern House!! It Has A Kind Of A Latin Flair On The Inside!! Room To Room Is Just Beautiful!! Secret Basement Garage!! GENIUS!! It's Just Really Fancy!! Very Spacious!! Thank You For Sharing This With Your Viewers!!😊❤
The correct name for the vanity is "no place to hide the TP."
Is that ceiling texture common? We have orange peel texture in Southern California. It is unobtrusive.
I grew up in Omaha. Love seeing what they are building in Nebraska. Beautiful home. Lots of special features.
Room downstairs could be a lego room.
If you have young kids they're all Lego rooms...😂😂😂
That's a washstand-style sink, rather than pedestal...
The appliance in the kitchen was a refrigerator - the pantry had a freezer
I love it!
Too EXPENSIVE
Timothy I love the layout of this home beautiful
I ❤ it !!!!
Another new builder, and another beautiful home !!
All that garage space, you can fit about six cars in them.
That room in the basement I would make it a craft room.
This is one Gorgeous home.
Thanks for sharing Tim, you have showed us some beautiful homes in the mid-west.
Design is not bad but the upstairs needs to have the two bedrooms directly connected to the jack and jill. With the solo room on the other side getting at least a small 3/4 bath. These are going to be kids rooms so there is no point making them the ritz but there is no way you are going to have a house like that and want to hear your kids fighting all the time over the bathroom. Worse yet, you know they would end up in your bathroom all the time, especially if you have daughters. That is the only big issue I see that would add some money to the build. Everything else would be minor use/cosmetics/finish details that could be changed in any version of the build.
Absolutely love this home!
Finally a Nebraska builder
I love it I was picturing where my kids room would be and how I would have my bedroom and how we would have a game room for my kids to have a good time.
Finally...a place to put a freezer.
The freezer was in the pantry
@ericholmes4152 that's what I was talking about
For the size, the house feels cramped... It's nice but just feels undersized.
My favorite by far!
Nice home. I would rent out the bottom level. It's too bad that garage could not be used for a car. You would need a driveway leading to and from it. Nice size kitchen and pantry. I am not sure about the dining room but if you were to have a BBQ outside of it, it would be a good place to bring the food after you cook it.
The basement was spacious and I like that it has a private bathroom as well as a guest bathroom.
Over a million bucks and the garage isn't finished.B.S.
Such a beautiful home. A home like this would be approx $3 million in Jersey. Wow!!
And overpriced for Nebraska.
2:49 I would want a Televater in that cabinet instead of the wall Television.
2:59 Nice, but I don’t want gas/propane in my house
A small laundry room for a spacious five-bedroom home, likely accommodating a large family.
Cool tour. You should come to WA
Not for me. But cute
WOW WOW WOW
SWEET

I love the colour palette of this beautiful home. It's not too busy. Looks classy and calm.
