Absolute gorgeous perfection! I am in love with those wooden beams. The only change i would make would be to combine the two kitchen islands into one large island to free up more floor space.
Should've continued the wood posts in the kitchen columns instead of the shiplap but I'm nitpicking.

My goodness, Timothy, this can't be a home!! This looks like it came out of a Lifetime movie!! It has everything that you need and want!! The entrance, that leads to the dining room and the family room, that leads to the massive kitchen!!, This ranks as my 2nd favorite house 🏠🏡!! The split, two-way entrance from the laundry room, that leads, back to the kitchen, is just perfect!! The patio is very inviting!! And the upstairs, is way, too much!! It's just so pretty!! Thank you for sharing this mind-blowing, home, with us!!

Love those wood beams! The bonus room over the garage would be a great bedroom/living area. Just need to add a proper closet in there instead of the HVAC closet.

This is a beautiful home! I appreciate the bedroom sizes. Even the smallest room was a good size for a guestroom, which nowadays is the standard size in some homes (which I think is small for everyday living).

This is a really nice home, I just wish that while that he could slow it down just a little bit it’s almost like being on a water ride at times the motions can make it hard to fully focus and enjoy the video

Nice place pretty much, but there is some confusion. As you show the front of the house there is a bump out on the feft side of the house not in the plans and there was no entry to it when you toured. It would be out beyond the dining and kitchen areas. It is actually where the garage should be, on the same side of the house as the kitchen. I guess you could have a third garage over there to park in when you are bringing in groceries. The entry could be where that butler pantry is.
Without doing walk arounds like you used to people don't see those things, but at the begining of the video when showing the house from the front it is very clearly there, but there is no access from inside.
I absolutely would not want the eat at counter at the second counter open to the living room. I would rather have more upper cabinets and have a solid wall there with upper cabinets above that counter. This also gives more wall space to the living room.

This is a very nice house. It's perfect nothing needs to be changed or altered. The upstairs bonus rooms could be a home theater with a second family or added gamesroom for the children.
The floor plan is good. The area over the garage does make a great place for older children. It provides a media area & a gaming area. With my hips & knees, I need a walk-in tub. We've found hot wheels in our microwave and oven. I prefer the microwave to be part of the range hood. I think I would adjust the butler's pantry to include an ice maker. These changes are "personalizing" the house to fit my taste, not nit-picking the house.
Microwave range hoods are not the greatest for exhaust!
OMG. This is a house that is worth every penny it costs. Definitely NOT an economy model. Love it.

Just a tip: I believe it's pronounced "ra-VEN-ah." Or sometimes "ra-VAYN-nah" depending on how long a local has lived in the area.

I see some design errors. To name a few: Swing on cabinets next to range should be changed to open to range. Base cabinets with shelves as opposed to drawers. Wire shelves in pantry. I would expect better for a house showing this attractive. Looks builder grader with cosmetic applied.

Just an FYI, you are "under-dressed" for showing this home, as in way too casual. No, you don't have to wear a suit and tie, but business casual would be nice. (I know, I'm old school...)

I am confused. He is not acting as a real estate agent or representing the builder. He is basically touring the home with a camera. Why would he need to be in business casual?
