- This video is a tour of a finished #barndominium home built by Texas Best Construction.
The home is located in Sadler, Texas and has a monitor style roof. It has black and white exterior with black trim details and black windows. The total square footage is a little under 1500.
Here are some of the features of the home:
Steel doors
Fireplace with a double-sided fireplace
White walls with black accent trim
Huge ceiling fan
Kitchen island with quartz countertops and a built-in dishwasher, microwave oven, and farm sink
Walk-in pantry
Master bedroom with a bathroom
Guest bedroom with a bathroom
Back porch with a hot tub
Mud bench with storage
Overall, the home is very modern and stylish. It has a lot of great features that would make it a great place to live.

I wished they would tell you the cost of the build of that house or what the cost would be for that size house.
Prices start at 45,000 just for the basic shell and can go up to 250,00 to 300,000 depending on windows, floor lay out, 2 story etc…
I'd say it's around $230 per sq ft.
Cheap it's not alot of lumber or hard to build

I just want to live in a semi finished steel building! I just love the idea of driving up to my couch or pool table!

This one really suits me!! I love the clean look of the white and black. That fireplace is awesome! From the master suite through the bathroom, closet, laundry, mud room then HOT TUB? It’s a dream! Beautifully customized! A little fru-fru in some places ie crystal knobs, but beautiful home. Those fans in the bedrooms are awesome.

I’m enjoying all your Final Tours of your work. My dream home is a Barndominium! Love that from the front door you can appreciate the while living area and kitchen. My dream barndominium would have the kitchen as the focal point of my home. As our kids becoming independent we love this build. Would a loft area be possible in a build just for extra entertainment and grandchildren area?

I am a REALTOR in Ky and I have to say this is the most amazing barndo I've ever seen. I love the black and white color palate and all the little extras like the door knobs, cabinet knobs, and those floors!! That master suite is amazing.

Wow, finally found the design I love. Only a few things I'd prefer different. Switch the stove where the sink is. The entry floor maybe a tile with more grey. More doors to be pocket style. Outside a sauna instead of a hottube. Minor. Love Love Love

I love me a good barndo because of how economical they are, this one is so over the top it’s no longer economical. I understand the customer gets what they want and you guys did a beautiful job executing this build!
It may not be economical (in your opinion), but we got what we wanted and the value increased that much more, which was proven by our appraisal at closing. 🙂
And we weren't striving for economical, we were building our forever home. 🙂

No privacy needed. It’s just a couple. But they do make fireplace screens that can accommodate

It's the perfect size for me with a few personal changes. My OCD would insist on the two sides being even, so the guest bedroom, bath and porch will be larger. This would allow a bigger closet and bigger bathroom. If you only have one guest room, it should probably be large enough for two beds or at the very least, a trundle bed. I would never put a barn door on a bathroom. Bad idea. I would prefer a nice warm wood floor instead of that cold feeling tile. To slippery. There's also no dining area. Where do you eat? Entertain at the island bar?
I thought of the same thing on the bathroom barn door, until I remembered the one in the upstairs bathroom at Hilltop has a lock. Also LOVE the soft close on these doors.

Awesome build except for the large island in the kitchen that was too large to allow more than one person enter exit kitchen or open the huge refrigerator doors. I noticed you didn’t stand in front of the refrigerator and open doors to showcase like you did the huge range. The layout and all the white with black fixture/accents details brightness with the big windows and lights is fantastic.
That’s not why we didn’t stand there and it’s not that narrow as you would think

My husband is a farmer and I showed him your videos and he was impressed. It's just the two of us and we're looking to build on the farm. Basically this is what we're looking for is a 3 bedroom, 2 full baths, large kitchen & family room, gas fireplace, two car garage and barn for his mowers and farm equipment. Do you have any models close to what we're looking for? 1,400-1,600 sq. ft.
