What is a ballpark price for this home , Does it include the slab?
On the high side a barndo will run you $175 per sq. Ft, so ide estimate 375k to 400k. On average I’d say a barndo goes $100 per sq ft.
Only thing I would do differently is push the fridge wall in 4' and rebalance the kitchen. Make a hallway, having bedrooms off the living room is always weird. Nice barndo otherwise!

I likr Laredo floor plan would love a fireplace is that possible?? How much roughly per square foot. If you kept high ceiling in living room and lower in kitchen and bedroom etc space. Is is cheaper per square foot
A jack and jill bath would have been better and afforded more privacy for the bedrooms .Put the toilet and sink in the for for guest with a door to the main room,and a second door into the tub section with doors into each bedroom much more privacy and no need for a 3rd half bath .
So I know customization makes the price differ, but roughly as a standard build, what would be the rough estimate cost of this size Home?

I'm missing how this is a barndominium. This is a really nice house either way, but it's missing the barn part..
I'm pretty sure this is a post-framed structure which would cover the 'barn' requirement. Especially with 12" thick walls seems to lead me to believe its post-frame.
Not all customers have the need or want for a Garage / Shop. These customers have a shop area away from the house.
Incorrect. All of our builds are steel framed.

Locating the refrigerator on the other side of the kitchen than the stove and sink is a big mistake! I am sure after a couple meals the cook will have something to say about that.

Great look, however if you're going to do these videos answer questions on sq. ft. cost or price when people ask, otherwise you're losing business.
I get where you’re coming from, but coming from someone who is in the middle of a build (NOT with this company unfortunately): it just doesn’t work that way. There are SO many things that you can change or upgrade that will change your price. Think you want a pot filler? $1000+ easy. Tons of different countertop options in a wide range of pricing…the list goes on and on. No home build is the same. They might be able to give you an average per sqft cost, but when you start your selections and go over that’s going to be a bad experience. So they’re actually doing you a service by not misleading you on price.
You must be very new to custom homes. No such thing as price per square feet. For 1, price of materials going up and down, in this fluctuating market. For 2, what materials do you want. It could be $80-$150, just depends on the options you click
@@cliff4695 doesn’t mean you couldn’t get this cost between XX and XXX. Or even the amount it cost and we all would understand it doesn’t mean we could get the same thing for the same price. But a ballpark would be nice.
@@ticket2mars1 its impossible! Every county has different regulations. Same with states. Electrical, sewage, plumbing, hvac, insulation values, tie downs, footers, materials. Thats just some of the regulations that have to approved and inspected. Now you throw in your personal ideas/wants, its impossible. How do I know this? I'm a general contractor in Ohio, I do this for a living. Is between $100K & $200K, a good enough estimate for you? Because its very possible and easy, to have that variance in custom construction. These aren't show homes in a subdivision.
@@cliff4695 Impossible you say? People say what a house cost or what it is selling for all the time. We all know that houses cost varying amounts based on a million factors… but that house they showed has a price. They obviously don’t say the price so people contact them but that doesn’t make it impossible to give a price.
Absolutely love this floor plan! Many have asked a finished price of this? I'd like to know as well. We want to build, not buy the norm.

Usually a telescoping pole with a suction cup. However most of the lights anymore are long life LEDS that last 10 years or more.
