This modular/prefab home is customizable and is built to state code! The house we are touring today is a “off frame modular.” The manufacturer for this house is Ritz Craft Homes. The model for this home is the “Glenwood” This home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and has roughly 1,740(heated & cooled) square foot. Let me know what you think about the video! We have seen the mobile home business come such a long way. In the old days most people referred to mobile homes as a trailer house. However some of the manufactured homes we carry are far from “trailer houses.”

Cute home, I still need a pantry, freezer space and my master soaking tub. I do love the foyer, I love them because I can put a walk through gate across it so the dogs can't get out when I come in.

The kitchen dining room living room all in a row make it seem nice and big. And you can still see the television while you're doing dishes. 😉
You really crack me up when you say “how you doing” to the shower head. I don’t know why but it does 😂😂😂 The home, well all I can do is dream so I like to dream BIG!!!!
I haven't liked a floorplan this well in years! I can see living in something like this in the future.
Very glad to see : countertops have rounded corners! Far safer for disabled folks, seniors and those little kids that RUN around in the house.
Glad I’m not the only one who likes rounded corners 🙂 granted it’s “outdated” compared to the 90’ edges but after accidentally knocking my head into my quartz island counter I have a huge appreciation for the less painful alternatives haha
I really like that you do not walk into the kitchen! The kitchen is great-quartz is much better than granite, island didn't do double duty by having an appliance or sink in it-so is a great island, assumed open space in floor to ceiling cabinet is for microwave which is a great spot for it. This is a really nice home.
Would have been nice if hall bath would have provided a linen/towel closet or cabinet & a spot for freezer in utility room. Wasn't going to mention that-but for $275k I thought I should.

This is what I'd call a jewel box: High-end finishes in a compact footprint. A foyer is a must in my neck of the woods; in the winter, we need space for people to remove their messy boots, plus we don't want cold air blowing directly on folks in the living area. Per the floor plan you showed, the utility closet IS for the furnace and water heater; this particular builder apparently doesn't install them in the models. My only quibble (I always have at least one!): Some of the floor vents are placed right where I'd put furniture. Perhaps ceiling vents are an extra-cost option??
Yes ceiling fans I agree 💯 plus a tub in master bedroom I live in Montana like a big tub to soak in winter time to bad a steam bath in their?
I don't care for floor vents at all. Give me wall vents! And no carpet anywhere. No double sinks and medicine cabinets instead of just mirrors on the wall.
Finally, a reasonably-sized ensuite! We never use a bathtub anyway, and the huge ensuites are enough to turn us off a lot of floorplans. Love the entranceway, but a closet would've been a welcome addition.
Not to big and not to small. Love having an entryway!
I was just about to say no walk-in pantry and then you uncovered the area in the utility room that could be turned into a pantry. All the other bedrooms, closets and bath are a perfect size.
Furnace & water heater go there. 😁

Hi Chance and Cullen....Love the house.. the porch is very nice it's actually attached to the house...the kitchen cabinets I wish were to the ceiling....loving the kitchen ... living room is very nice and cozy....fireplace needed....beautiful home..the closets hooks are for belts....to hang the buckle on ...Be Safe and Be Blessed

There's definitely a lot to love with this home . . I especially like the touches such as the 3 windows in the living room and the door shapes , that make it look more like a vintage home rather than something that was just built. Very nice features through out . .

That's a really nice foyer. I don't think I have seen a modular with a foyer that wide before.
In my humble opinion, I thought this house was perfect. The only upgrade I’d make is an ice/water dispenser on the refrigerator. Great Job, as always. Thank you.

Wire racks promote air circulation very important in a small space with your clothes and less dust then a traditional flat plank shelf
Floorplan at 2:51 Pleasant exterior, entry. Decor and finishes are okay.
And laundry could be wider, no easy place to add a pantry...
Love the black and white exterior, the front porch, the foyer and the basic layout. That said, for the price, I would want a linen/towel closet for the hall bath, a pantry, an outlet in the utility room closet for a chest freezer and shelving. I like this layout and for the most part, the finishes. I know I know, people love the wood accent wall behind the TV. I would opt out of it if that's possible. Just looks like used pallets to me. Sorry, I lived through the 70's and don't enjoy that look as much as some do. I'd go for a much more polished look. Just me.

It's a nice reasonable size home. I also like the narrow space as you open the front door. I don't want anyone seeing the entire living room and kitchen as you enter the front door! Maybe I'm just paranoid, maybe just being extra careful?! Either way it's a beautiful place thanks for caring and sharing ☺️❤️

Chance ol buddy, my wife and I love your videos and the houses you show and especially that you are a Christian and a family man..back to the house, we don't particularly care for the layout of this home, we like the open floor plan and like to see the kitchen upon entry, plus, we like the quartz countertops but we like them to match ..plus, the built-in for the TV that doesn't go to the floor seems a waste...keep up the great videos and keep it fun

At 1st thought, this is very plain outside but now it reminds me of a barn. I get it and Love it! I would want it more Rustic in the inside, floors, counters and cab oh and barn doors👍

I really like the fact that its a relatively simple floor plan. That storage space in the "U-tilty Room" could become the pantry or space for the upright freezer. Thanks, Chance, for a great video.

Very nice, good job. Love the porch, wish had large back porch. Only thing would change is remove carpet. Add wood stove in living room. Storage in landry could be used for pantry. Room for freezer in landry. Need tub in master bath.

I like this home only change I would do is replace the back door with a sliding glass door.
I dont know why but I just felt like this home needed a pantry! I had to re-watch the video just to make sure I didn't miss the pantry dance lol

I think every home if possible should have a foyer. If strangers are at the door, I dont want them to walk right into the main rooms of my house, until I feel I should invite them...
Loved the foyer! Loved the living room! Loved the storage and sink in the laundry room. That one kids’ room was a great size. The kitchen was on. No pantry! No coat closet! Disappointed in the master bath As usual. 🤣 The porch was nice.

I think when the house is set up that cabinet is where the water heater and the furnace go into.
So do I. They weren't apparent elsewhere, & I look! Nothing worse than water heaters & furnaces in a closet where all your clean clothes are.

With a stackable washer/dryer, you could have a 2nd fridge or freezer in the laundry room and easily fit that lovely double-door closet as a pantry (even though it is a little distance from the kitchen).

Love the foyer! This is a unique home. Would love to has a gas stove, double kitchen sink, vents in the ceiling's.
I wish they would put heat & AC vents in the ceiling! It gives me the creeps when I see them in the floor but that me lol

I love this model so much. I hope it comes in a manufactured home version. Would be perfect if I can get both an additional bedroom and a home office room.
Wassup Chance?! Just needs a fireplace and pantry, and if those racks in the closet in the first bedroom you went into is beating you up, you should press charges, and maybe put them racks on the wanted posters for beating you up.

A very nice place.
I'd like the front porch a little deeper. All they'd have to do is make that roof higher back at its peak and coming down at that same angle would make the porch deeper. That shed roof is a 6 in 12 so if you raise the peak a foot I believe the porch would end up about 2 feet deeper.
No Coat Closet in the Foyer I believe could be fixed. First off I'd have a Basement so the HVAC and WH would be in the basement. That closet of sorts in the Utility Room would be open then to be walled off and put doors on the Foyer side to make it a Coat Closet.
Where to put a Garage? In Bedroom 2 I'd have that closet relocated, that bedroom is nearly 16 feet wide so a closet could be on the common wall with the bathroom. It would help isolate noise from the bathroom. You'd still end up with a good size room. Then there could de a door at that end of the house out to a wide inclosed Breezeway leading to a Garage. Have the Breezeway wide enough and long enough to have stairs leading to the Basement and also have a Coat Closet and Storage area like a Mud Room in it.
In the Living Room I don't like that wood on the wall like others have said. The TV height is okay but put some cabinets and\or shelves on both sides and maybe over the TV.

Like this home. Wish it had 4 bdrms. Where was the waterheater & furnace if they were not in that closet area, which by the way I would create a pantry there cuz there's not enough cabinet space in kit. Definitely needs a closet to the right. at the entry door. Too much empty space. Thanks for sharing Chance. 💙
