- I believe I have officially toured the coolest modular home that exist! This prefab house has a wonderful layout and the exterior is so unique! This modular/prefab home is one I truly think will be a top viewed video on the channel because of it’s features! The house we are touring today is a “off frame modular.” The manufacturer for this house is Ritz Craft Homes. The model for this home is the “Jade Tree” This home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and has roughly 1,680(heated & cooled) square foot. Let me know what you think about the video! We have seen the mobile home business come such a long way. In the old days most people referred to mobile homes as a trailer house. However some of the manufactured homes we carry are far from “trailer houses.”

Chance, I lost my mother unexpectedly in May. One of our favorite things to do that last few months before she passed was binge watch your tour videos together with my lottle ones. The tours and your charisma brought her a lot of joy and continue to bring joy to my children and myself. Thank you!

Double sided fireplace in living room. Jet tub in guest bath. And door to outside in primary. Surround w porch w a roof. Add smaller patio off the porch for the fire pit in back

this one is going into the favorites, its nice seeing a home where the main bedroom is tucked away, so many have homes have that main bedroom just smack dab at the front for everyone to leer into.

Hey Chance 🛎 Good evening everyone 🖐🏾 love from 🗽 NYC. I love the way this one looks. Has much curb appeal even with the dark colors.
Edit: Floorplan @10:40 I like just about everything. I'd have to take out the carpet though. I hate carpet for some reason. Also, that 3rd window in the primary bdrm is throwing every thing off for me. At first I thought it was a door leading outside, but it's just a long window. I'd prefer if it was the same size as the other two. It's causing them to stage with furniture I'd use in my kids room. You can't put a bigger side table because they're scared the bed and other side table will be in front of that long window. So make that window the same as the others and push the bed over to be centered under the 2nd window. It makes so much more sense to me. The Feng shui of it all 😉

I agree. And I would switch the tv area with dining area and windows as well. Not keen on TV smack dab when you walk in. I do like the floor plan otherwise and curb appeal
glad it's not just me but i also thought the MBR window placement looked a little off balance

I love the windows in this home. The racks in the closets are very nice. Love the vessel sinks in the bathrooms. Pocket doors are wonderful. The color scheme is beautiful 🥰. Very nice home

Really liked this contemporary home, I am not into farmhouse, shiplap, country style at all. I find most of the companies seem to produce. This is a breath of fresh air.

Love the clean cut kitchen!! Perfect. Countertops. Nice closets. Would prefer door instead of window in utility area. Love the open/ coziness of the dining area..Not wild about size of master bedroom. Keep the big window and put 3 smaller in. Love the master bath. Nice shower!!!

One thing that I want in the master is a tub and a shower. Now I wouldn't mind a shub but I at least want the option of taking baths or showers.

Really neat. I love crank out windows. It would be nice if the two secondary bdrm were the same size. Overall it's good. I do like the window shapes and the amount of them

Some people think gas stoves are the best, but in reality, food isn’t smart enough to know where its heating is coming from, plus, digital/electric stoves are much easier to heat.

I really like the color scheme here and the square handles on all the drawers and cabinets. The backsplash in the kitchen was a little disappointing, that pattern is so overused today and not a fan of the vessel sinks. It would look really cool to add the garage, overall all the exterior is very attractive.

Another lovely home where the designers thought about storage and giving the consumer something different. Love the use of pocket doors. Price is high, but this home is also unique!
I like that it looks different from all the other outside designs. But it's not something I would buy.
I would, however, extend the roof over the front porch and back porch and screen them in.
I'd have a black anodized stainless steel, double sink in the kitchen, above counter mounted.
Love the bathroom sink!!! Love the solid wood racks in the closets.
Don't know what it is with those weird wall vents. You'd think, if they can design homes in any contour, they would be able to put vents in proper places, preferably where they are the most inconspicuous.
Love those cabinets that don't touch the floor, what a concept!!! Love those pump shaped faucets too.
LOVE, LOVE, LOVE pocket doors! I don't think I would have any other kind of door in my house.

Chance, I hope you received some great Hoosier Hospitality during your trip to the great Hoosier State. The model is pretty modern in design, which I really prefer the Farmhouse style, but I kind of like this model nice size bedrooms, closets and baths, the kitchen could have a few more cabinets and countertops, oe a walk-in pantry. The Dining Room is a nice size and with the sliding doors off of the dining room a nice screened in patio would be the best. I love the Master Bath the only thing that would make it a little bit better would be to include a tub as well as the tile shower.

I am in love with the toilet being off in its on section....if I could I would have no tub and shower combo keep all the fixtures but off set the toilet. Very beautiful home Chance

Very nice. I love this home. If I'm choosing features I would have the wood flooring thru out the home. No carpet. Leave out the full length window in the master for more wall space. Have the two smaller windows positioned one on each side of the bed & I would definitely want the garage, also more living room than dining room space. Leave out the full length window on the side of the push outs in the living room for more wall space.
I saw this place when I drove by a couple days ago. I might have to swing in and check it out one of these days.

I'd make 3 of those small windows in the main bedroom. And put a bench in the main shower. And in the kitchen I'd put a small window over the counter by the frig and move the sink. And have a massive island
Looks really cool, definitely something I wouldn’t mind living in but for 300 K you can get an already built house with 10 acres of land easy, in most states. I was expecting this thing to be around $125,000. 🤔
