This prefab house also has several different options and is built as a modular home! The manufacturer for this house is Champion Modulars. The model for this home is the “Pioneer" This home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and has roughly 1,566 square foot. Let me know what you think about the video! Yes! It's not that difficult to do, it's basically just placing the floor tiles in the right place.
I actually really like this home, my husband and I are talking about downsizing so we don’t need the basement and upstairs. I absolutely LOVE the pantry. The only thing I didn’t like is the wire shelves in the closets. I also love that the master closet isn’t in the bathroom and as a bonus it has a pocket door. I’m glad that you caught yourself and went back and showed the cupboards and refrigerator, I was disappointed until then. Very very nice one, Thank you Chance.

You could probably have them put a tub in.

Smart layout. I really like the attic space. Enough room up there for storage, and maybe a bonus room or area for crafting/hobbies.

Love the butler's pantry!!! It has an outlet in it so a good spot for the crockpots or whatever when the whole family is coming to eat. Great kitchen! I do like this house. Not huge exception for the kitchen and pantry. I have found that whenever I usually really like one of the homes, even when I look in a magazine of floor plans, I always fall for the ones that are about 1500 sq feet. Usually that means a decent sized kitchen and dining area, decent living room and three bedrooms. Some of those monster sized home, while impressive have a lot of excess space to heat and cool and worst of all clean.
To encourage use, you could show off your little boys more often🥰
For being a modular home, it sure looks like a manufactured (mobile) home. That being said, I love the floorplan and pantry! There were a few areas where the trim work looked a bit sketchy, but hopefully that's just because they're still working on getting it set-up. A separate tub & shower in the primary bath would be icing on the cake.

You picked a real winner here, Chance! I love the kitchen and all the cabinets and the butler's pantry. I also love the master bath and the fact that they didn't waste space. Beautiful shower. I don't like tubs so it suits me perfectly. Very nice utility room. Love, love, love!

Love this beautiful home. The design, floor plan, and decor is great. The pantry is beyond perfect!! The only thing I would want is one of the spare bedrooms to be a little bit bigger. I really like this home, these smaller homes are just as beautiful as the bigger ones and will probably sell faster because people are downsizing more now. This house looks great with all the windows letting the morning sun in. Even the window in the pantry. The dining room really catches my eye. Yes definitely a basement in this one. Thanks Chance

I just watched this on my smart tv. Seeing it in the big screen is really great, This is by far a great house. Love the kitchen and pantry. Great utility room. I even liked the colors. Minor changes would be drop those wire shelves and go with wood and wood rods. Make a little room in the pantry for my upright deep freeze. Give me a bigger sink in the utility. Outside faucet on the front of the house. Make it a double wide mobile and I'd he in hog heaven. I really like everything about it including the colors
Master bathroom sinks with integrated countertop are very old school but timeless Cultured Marble.

I really like this home even though it is a smaller home. The colors are spot on, if I was choosing countertops I would probably go with one type on all of the counters. Loved the cabinets colors in the utility room.
Wow, that is some island! 😮 That is the brightest and sunniest kitchen & dining area I've even seen! Fabulous pantry! Those are pretty countertops in the bathrooms. 😍 Love the pantry & utility room. Master closet is too small. Beautiful tiles in the master shower.

For a smaller home it has a lot of space. The only thing I would change would be a fireplace or something to that effect to create a focal point in theliving area.
Hi Chance and Family....beautiful home... definitely thishome is having a basement with all the mechanicals in the basement...need vents on the ceiling ....nice deck off the dining room, perfect butlers pantry....the island is huge very nice ....love the step in shower...i would put in another hand held shower 🚿 head.. What a nice small home
I LOVE the pantry and that it has a window! Dinning area is alittle small. Other than that it’s nice
I like the home but I will change the microwave over the stove put it on the lower level and I would put a jet tub in the master bathroom
Huge island. Looks like plenty of cabinets. I would prefer ivory, beige, brown in the backsplash and butcher block counter. Don’t like the molded sink and countertops in master bath.

I've been trying to guess the prices and I'm getting pretty good at it.
Please mention the space for a freezer if any, the option for a master bathroom tub; and the placement of the microwave.
I love your channel. I would like to ask if you could change the view of your camera. It cuts the top of the room off and you never show the whole room. It’s like we are looking at the middle of the room and not the top or bottom
