100%. This whole video was ridiculous. On top of that, what these videos don’t tell you is that many times there are shipping fees, which can range into the thousands or tens of thousands. Not to mention, you need somebody to pour you a foundation and connect the house to it. Then you need to have the electric company put the necessary means in for you to have electric. Not to mention, water, sewer, and everything else. One of my friends built a container home, spent only $32,000 for the containers… By the time he was done building everything and getting everything done that needed done, he spent over $350,000. I said to him, it’s beautiful… But, you could’ve bought two regular homes for this one and fixed them up anyway you wanted to. Obviously, depending on where you are. But in my area, you could easily get a beautiful home for $150,000. Even today. So, these portable homes aren’t everything that they make them out to be. Because by the time that you get everything situated that you need to make them livable, unless you’re going solar and have a Rainwater filter system or a natural spring with gravity fed water… You are going to spend a small fortune getting the place together before you even move in. Which, in the end, maybe much more expensive than buying a regular home.
FYI- to both of you, there are local builders who will build a Casita and or tiny home, some are modules which are simply extra space for example for a home office, ALL of these are different in my state free standing Casitas are becoming more common, do your own research if you are interested.
That was a good tease showing the competitive companies. It would be nice to have a video showing side by side comparisons of the houses, or at least cheapest of each company and a list of upgrades on them. For instance, the Boxable that I checked into years ago and weren't really available in a short time had high R value insulation, a bunch of appliances, a/c, heat, solar panels, that would run almost everything, was about 400 sq ft, etc., for under $50k. Edit: That would be really helpful and save your thousands of subscribers a 'lot' of time. Liked, subbed, black belled.
Any of these at $45,000 each and less, I would buy 2 and have them put together...one would be the common area and kitchen/dining area, the other would be 2 bedrooms and a bathroom.
What they don’t tell is delivery costs, electric, sewer hook up, land… so while they are affordable you have to have everything else in place…and hope that you can find land within reason to a good city that allows them
Many of these modular home/ prefab home dealers offer free delivery and shipping. They also offer advisory services on properly setting up your house with electricity, sewage etc.
In addition to what you said, they leave out the disclaimer over getting the structure permitted and the cost to set it. Setting a foundation to place the tiny home on, fire, environmental, school fees, etc. which actually amount to another tiny home or more.
These may look wonderful but what I am not seeing enough of are bathrooms or laundry hookups. Also, where can these homes be placed and can they be hooked up to water, electric, etc.? This video lacks a lot more info. They sell you only the fluff not the stuff.
I. HAV BEEN LOOKING TO BUY OR HAV BUILT TINY HOME.This is perfect for.just.myself. I don't understand no foundation with zoning issues.i also live in north FL. Worried about possibly wind from hurricanes sometimes. Need information , very interested, is it just the.shell?? Thank You debra
Would have put Boxabl at number one. Price per Square Feet is cheaper than the others. These are available now. Its the particular states regulation that has slowed down certification.
The transformation showcased in this piece is significant. A book with akin material was a critical milestone. "A Life Unplugged: Reclaiming Reality in a Digital Age" by Theodore Blaze
You know I viewed some tiny homes similar to this in my area, and any that are similar size to this have an average price tag of 100-140k. I also want to point out people will take a dump on trailer homes and then go live in one of these office cubicles. and before you say they're better made and they can take more punishment five of these are literally built on car trailers.
Most People don't know but the fine print here is: You can buy these homes for under $50k. However, they do not tell you the requirements to get these permitted on your property. Permits, planning, installation costs, setting a foundation, adding a septic tank, water, electricity --will easily cost you more or even 2x your tiny home cost-- depending on which state and county. legally speaking.
Great content. A lot of great tiny houses at a good price. My favorite was the last one. It would have been nice if you had given the prices as shown. I am sure the last. House was not under 50K as shown.
Those houses could eliminate the slavery of paying rent for life. At least here in Miami it’s impossible to buy a house. A freaking ugly shoe box cost close to 500k USD anywhere. It’s impossible to leave Rent Slavery, which is super high by the way.
Tiny homes are essentially better built and house like designed trailers..... Adorable housing was solved years ago with the Mobile Homes, however, city zoning laws need to update their codes so theses can be placed there..... Without that these are Not homes in most towns
it would be nice to see actual houses rather than computer images that could be anything. and real price list of actual build from owners. otherwise its all BS!!!
The houses are pretty but no privacy I wouldn't feel safe or secure in a house where entire walls were made of glass. How do these hold up in colder weather? Not very good at all I'm guessing, a metal container house with sheetrock? I could make that myself.
I don't think your prices are correct. And in the model Haliakala or whatever, the guy in the video is from Minimaliste out of Montreal, not the West Coast.
Great content, but the sound of these transitions is very disturbing. Not peaceful at all. The volume is too high compared to the rest of the content and the sound too abrupt. You are concentrated on observing the houses and suddenly sdfa0s9dfasdifajlsdi....
This is too much. There are some “foldable” container houses that I was just looking up that could be had for under $30K. Plus, the bedroom actually has it’s own walls for privacy!
I appreciate your video. The audio swoosh transitions are overkill and take away from the otherwise tasteful presentation of your content. Made me want to stop watching, or at least shut the sound off.

If there's no bathroom or kitchen, it's not a f'ing house.😂

Why does boxable keep ending up on these lists like they are available💁
And I believe they are listed at $60,000 now!
Exactly
Filler.😒
$69,999 now Sept. 18 2023
They will ALWAYS have a waitlist, and that has been made clear
Any of these at $45,000 each and less, I would buy 2 and have them put together...one would be the common area and kitchen/dining area, the other would be 2 bedrooms and a bathroom.
One have shown bed room. Other is kitchen Bathroom and laundry 3 is office coffee Sleeping room buy 3 is ok $12:000.
The Boxable was the best.
What they don’t tell is delivery costs, electric, sewer hook up, land… so while they are affordable you have to have everything else in place…and hope that you can find land within reason to a good city that allows them
yeah this with all the other stuffyou need it will probably end up costing $100,000+.

Smart~Like it~yuo did breathtaking traveler.
Thanks for sharing. I would like to hear about, the square footage of each model in the future.
Noted. Thank you for the feedback
Beautiful❤
Great Video!!!!
All are nice, but I assume they are in-law suites or guest room homes to be put on a backyard property. Where is the washer and dryer?
These may look wonderful but what I am not seeing enough of are bathrooms or laundry hookups. Also, where can these homes be placed and can they be hooked up to water, electric, etc.? This video lacks a lot more info. They sell you only the fluff not the stuff.
Agreed.
It shows exactly what it said the video is about container homes that are under $50,000. Those other questions you ask are in the how to build videos

So cool! 👍🥰🌼☀️🌇🌴🌴🌴
We love it🙏
Backyard cabin palo alto was my favorite
I like it too
Salute to you J.R. for hitting 100K+ Subs!
Keep putting out this great content, my brother 😌✊!!!
Which of these models is available in the USA?
❤ thank you I love number one
Would have put Boxabl at number one. Price per Square Feet is cheaper than the others. These are available now. Its the particular states regulation that has slowed down certification.
I have a family ranch with achorage of 160+. Looking to place one of these on the ranch would be perfect!
what is the wait time for Boxable?
I've been on the list.
Boho Vista is the one I like.
Thanks 😊
Any of these available in Australia? Companies in Australia?
Where am I gonna place my standing desk
Are any available in the US?
You should look into various models fro Incredible Tiny Homes in Tennessee
The transformation showcased in this piece is significant. A book with akin material was a critical milestone. "A Life Unplugged: Reclaiming Reality in a Digital Age" by Theodore Blaze
That Aux Box at 4:26 is not a home. To qualify as a home you need a kitchen, full bathroom, bedroom, and living room. That thing is just a box.
Not to mention without a bathroom AND kitchen in most places won't meet local zoning requirements.
Do you ship to park city Utah?
The Hydda website says the Austin starts at $38,795.
Yeah, with no bathroom, no bedroom, it's just a room. A nice room, but says it's your outdoor office, not a tiny home.
I'll buy one if it can withstand the Nevada hot 110 degree weather..
You know I viewed some tiny homes similar to this in my area, and any that are similar size to this have an average price tag of 100-140k.

32 thousand in China. 44 thousand to California. 56 Thousand to Florida. 75 to 100 thousand installed.
How much is at California upland
La pregunta es, esas cristaleras son fuertes a todo tipo de golpes y ataques? Muy poca intimidad.
COOL!
Why do none of these videos have prices on them?
0:07 minuscule budget?
This narrator sounds like he should be doing videos about the pitfalls of Grindr hookups.
Wat een leuk huisje
Daar wil ik ook wel in wonen prachtig.
🎉❤ 🎉❤ 🎉❤
#6 is ok put back years 😊

That's cool they went from like 30k too like 70 to over 100 k so welcome to
Any USA State?

Apakah sudah ada di Indonesia ?

Any of these models available in Alberta, Canada?
The Bunkie is made in Ontario.
I guess I am looking for more of a tiny home that looks more like a 1 bed apt, not a studio apt
What if you have more than two people that have to live in the house.
Are they available in the US?
Tiny homes are essentially better built and house like designed trailers.....
Adorable housing was solved years ago with the Mobile Homes, however, city zoning laws need to update their codes so theses can be placed there..... Without that these are Not homes in most towns
I want number 10 how much??
Price and size
BOXBLE is way over 50K.
They all have jumped in price. Crazy.
I cant with the announcer's VOICE-
Lmfao ❤❤❤😅🤣🤣🤣🤭
The Austin
Retreat to your Backyard
Base Price: $38,795 Seems the price has gone up.
I did not see the boxibl prices
Met een gezi😂Met 🎉4 personen in kunnen wonen prachtig.
❤ 🎉 ❤🎉
Met hoeveel personen kun je hier in wonen
🎉 🎉 🎉 🎉
How many number 7's do you have.. 😐
Are they typhoon proof
it would be nice to see actual houses rather than computer images that could be anything. and real price list of actual build from owners. otherwise its all BS!!!
They should all come with solar roofs
Why are there two number sevens?
Great
You know what I went on one of their websites I could literally buy a house for cheaper than what they are asking for one of those things
I'm all about those crash games Did you know they offer a bonus if you play consecutively for five days 📈
The houses are pretty but no privacy I wouldn't feel safe or secure in a house where entire walls were made of glass. How do these hold up in colder weather? Not very good at all I'm guessing, a metal container house with sheetrock? I could make that myself.
The video says these are products that you can own. Show me one person living in a boxabl...
Add another $55k to the price of the home in additional charges with permits, and installatio, roof, and more
I don't mind buying products when I know the final total price for the completed installed item otherwise I don't even bother to inquire about it.
Where do you go to one
I don't think your prices are correct. And in the model Haliakala or whatever, the guy in the video is from Minimaliste out of Montreal, not the West Coast.
I liked the part they consider it human solution for homeless women and men
Boxable has a huge waitlist. It will be years before you get one
Where is bathroom?????
Great content, but the sound of these transitions is very disturbing. Not peaceful at all. The volume is too high compared to the rest of the content and the sound too abrupt. You are concentrated on observing the houses and suddenly sdfa0s9dfasdifajlsdi....
AUSTIN TOOK THE CAKE WAY TO SAVE BEST FOR LAST
Total cost is 2 million
These sale in California
when it does not have a bathroom or kitchen it's A SHED!
Any example of a real location?
It says under $50k but casita is $60k
Give the editor less coffee and disable the swoosh button.
Half of these are about 15,000 more than quoted and the other half are not even available.
They’re were all amazing minus the Vos that’s a total bust right there, no bueno
It's time to talk about lands.
Not in that neighborhood, you'd need land, ranch must have neighbors
OP: you're gaslighting your viewers.
This is too much. There are some “foldable” container houses that I was just looking up that could be had for under $30K. Plus, the bedroom actually has it’s own walls for privacy!

Miniscule budget, what's up with the passive-aggressive language?
Don't believe the hype. Most of the homes shown are the high-end models costing hundreds of thousands of dollars.
