I would make that front dining area into a sitting nook. I never like walking into a dining area. Not sure WHY, but I don’t. Maybe because my dining table is usually a catch-all instead of where anyone actually EATS. 😂🤣😂
I would never have to leave my bedroom except to cook, clean, do laundry etc… of course that means I would never USE the bedroom with a house this big. LOL. I could make them fend for themselves I guess. 🤣😂😂🤣
It doesn’t matter how many homes I see, this is still my favorite. I absolutely love it! I was happy to see this one from the vault!

In the mobile home world, this would be the traditional dream home. Even in the 300k range, this is still a very good price for that home. The whole entire home is beautiful, but I still can't get over the master bedroom. That's a home all by itself. LOL Thanks for the great tours.
300k is an astronomically high price for a mobile home. You must be from California where sheds cost $1million
OMG.....I absolutely really love this place. My favorite parts are fireplace, front of the island with the brick tile, the arches, them shelves by the island, pantry. That's just half of it so far. I really love the media room with all the bedrooms surrounding it and yes that could be a playroom for the kids. Now, for the master suite. I absolutely really love everything about it, the bedroom, retreat, ensuite, and lastly the closet.
Chance, stepping inside this Majestic House 🏠🏡 is a dream come true!! This is the longest home 🏠🏡 I ever seen in a long time!! From The Bedrooms to The Bathrooms are stunning, large, and very comfortable!! The Kitchen and The Laundry Room is great!! Very big pantry!! Everything at your convenience!! Spacious and cozy!! What more can I say!! You did a excellent job with this one!! Keep up the good work!!😊😊😊😊😊😊

I just want to let you know, we viewed a Franklin yesterday at Perferred Homes on Clinton Hwy in Knoxville, TN.
I'm no stranger to Franklin. My parents bought one back in 1995. At that time, when the home was delivered, the delivery crew told my parents that was the heaviest home, they ever moved. It's still in immaculate shape almost 30 years later. They are top notch in my opinion and experience.
The home at the lot in TN is not staged, but it is AWESOME!!!! Just wanted to let you know since they are so hard to find. You may decide to make a trip over this way. It's a beautiful time of year here in the Smokies. God is amazing and his handiwork is breathtaking.

Yeah, I know most folks would think that only some "Red-neck Trailer Trash" would do that!
BUT, my wife and I are both disabled. So we would need to get into better housing NOW. Not after the year it would take to find, build, buy our "Dream House"!

Wow! I think the master suite is bigger than our entire house. That closet is as big or bigger than our main bedroom. Very nice, but I'm glad I'm not the one cleaning it. 😅

Only wish they had a pony wall at the entrance to give the formal dining area a more sense of separation. Other than the only change I would make is the bathroom between the "office" & bedroom I would want a Walk in shower in there.

I read the description before watching the video and was disappointed because it says 4 bedroom 2 bath but I happily surprised that it does have 3 baths!! Anytime you get more than 3 bedrooms, you just have to add at least 1 bath (in my opinion anyway 😉).

There was a home you showed a couple of year's ago that i loved it had 2 floors, master was downstairs and had 3 beds and bath upstairs with another living area, cant remember where is was but wish by some miracle you would show it again 🤞

This is literally my dream home I pray I will be able to to attain it.
This is a very nice triple wide mobile home. Great floorplan! The only thing I would change is the foyer entrance. I prefer a more defined transition from outside to inside. Bigger foyer with a half wall that has an arch see thru.
I was thinking the same thing. That area to the right of the front door would be a great coat closet or at the very least built in shoe storage with nice coat hooks and separate it from the dining area with a wall and an arch see through. Could have a nice built in bench under the arch to put on/take off shoes.

In 2002, I purchased a new 1800 sqft. manufacturered home in San Jose, California. I paid $200,000 for it. Today, it's worth over $450,000. I can only imagine what this home would sell for here.

I absolutely love this home, just a few minor changes. I would never use the dining room, especially with the breakfast table and bar counter seating. Id turn that front dining area into a library/sitting area full of plants.
I'd also get rid of that tiny kitchen island, with that much counter space its more in the way than useful in my opinion.
Id also change the bathroom off the den into a walk in shower, there is already a tub in the hall bathroom and master bathroom.
Id put a 2 car attached garage on the front left of the home, in front of the walk in closet/bathroom of the master bedroom and laundry area. You could have a door from the garage enter into the laundry room and make it a laundry/mudroom.
Other than that, i think this home is gorgeous.
Oh my WOW, a lady can Dream. This house has all the bells and whistles. If I would want 1 more thing it would have a spot in the utility room for an upright freezer.

I'd love to have this home. Could do so many things. Love the fireplace mantel to put seasonal decorations on. So many places to put decorative items, have an office, game room, craft room... loved the kitchen. I know I would be very happy in that home.
