What a beautiful home. I would add soft closing drawers in the kitchen and a door to the closet in the master bedroom. My aunt's bedroom was like this in her trailer so you'd have three entrances/exits.
Perfect, bedrooms and closets great size.3 baths right on, with storage and pantry. This is a bargain even if you upgrade finishes.

This would be a perfect home for a large family. Beautiful kitchen with a nice big pantry and lots of cabinets! I like that all the bedrooms have walk-in closets. Beautiful master bath with a big closet and a pretty tub.
Wow, this is a huge home. I love, love, love the vents in the ceiling. It is good to know that it can be customized with drywall.

Cabinet space is good but I would like more drawers in the kitchen. A few more outlets in the bathroom would be nice too.
I would definitely like to see pull-out lower cabinets, or at least it being an option. And upgrading to sheet rock walls is worth the money.

Don't like windows that don't open--especially in the kitchen and bathrooms. My youngest daughter has 2 boys, adopted a daughter, and has 5 fosters, so 5/3 is a MUST

When I was growing up in the late 60’s through the early 90’s, Twinkie’s were good. The have totally changer the recipe and they are gross.

In the NAVY we used to put a twinkle on the railing for a few hours (during the day time) and we would remove it, the railing would look brand new.

I wish they’d bring some of these homes to Pennsylvania. I know a lot of people that would love these.
I’m also from Pa. I agree 100%. I’m one of them. A senior citizen who is an artist and need a lot of room. Maybe not 5 br and 3 baths, but at least 3 br and maybe 2 baths. I have family that visits a lot. I’m tired of renting and know a lot of people who are in my position of being tired of rentals.
I would tape the living room, master bedroom and kitchen, the other bedrooms can stay basic in the beginning, but be upgraded later down the line.

This is nice they should of made all the bedroom doors slide in the wall door frame to give each bedroom more space so you don't have to worry about the doors being in the way inside the bedrooms and taking up extra space that can be used for something like furniture this will be a great idea if there was two people per bedroom like two brothers sharing a room or two sisters sharing a room
There's only one thing I don't like about this mobile home is the shower in the master bedroom
Because when you take a shower people will have to worry about the water stains from the fog and the moisture from the steam getting on the ceiling
I think that the shower door should go all the way up to the ceiling and it should have an exhaust fan inside of it so that It can suck up all that steam and moisture and don't damage the walls I also think that the shower lining should go all the way up to the ceiling as well so if there are water stains you can just easily wipe it off and don't have to worry about ruining your paint

I would take out that 2nd bathroom and bedroom near it and make it a big sunroof. Then would be perfect for us.

The old style pannels with the slats make it look cheap after you see the sheet rock walls .
Love the layout of the house but not into urban cow stuff at all! But that's just me. Maybe more lake views and nature instead? But it's a beautiful house and the price is great! Luv the pantry! The size is great too!

Haha play cards. Yep UNO and RUMMY would be played in my house with a nonstop flow of coffee. :P I don't typically like island seating but if I did take that option that drop down would be the perfect thing. Young kiddos falling off barstools oomph not fun. YUCK twinkies! ***FIRST thing I don't like (Can be changed later, not a deal breaker) I do not like style of those shower tub combos. I prefer it to be one whole piece with more shelves built in. 2nd thing I would have preferred to have some shelves in ALL the closets instead of just the hanging racks. 3rd I would have preferred the entrance to the master closet to be IN the bedroom itself instead of the bathroom. I personally don't need the extra bathroom and the 5th bedroom but its a great option for those who do need it. I wish the price was even lower but man.. thats a decent price these days.

Its nice and spacious...but its so bleached out. If they had added some strong colors it would look better.
Is the savings jeopardizing the installation and the ventilation looks like board. It looks beautiful but this is important.

The kitchen has lots of cupboards but only one set of drawers. I supped cupboards without drawers are cheaper, but I would insist on at least two more sets of them. Since the original company went bankrupt or whatever and someone else took them over Twinkies especially don't taste right nor to HoHos, but the marshmallow Snoballs the the marshmallow part tastes okay but not the cake. I think all of their items with cake taste funky now. I have been eating the stuff since the late 1960s so I think I know. I did see some chocolate Twinkies at WM the other day. Love the Twinkie Pantry! Like all the walk-in closets. Especially since many double wides don't always get put on a basement, you need extra storage in t he house itself. Hate the flooring. To me it is ugly. I would prefer carpet except in the kitchen, bathrooms and laundry room. But if the linoleum is throughout the house I would like it looking like real oak or pine.

The one thing that I don't understand about home construction , is why does the living room have to be open to the kitchen?
I would like to see a wall with a door in it between the kitchen and the living room.
Needs fireplace or wood stove in living room. Needs no marriage line so easy to do floors. Kitchen window needs to be able to open and double sink. Needs sliding door in dinning room. Am glad not to see any carpet.

The prices these days are blowing me away. For a five-bedroom place the bedrooms and closets are decent sized. Do not like the flooring.
This home is only worth 8,000-10,000 at the most 1,000 per room.
