This prefab house also has several different options and is built as a "off frame" modular home! The manufacturer for this house is R-Anell Homes. The model for this home is the “Legend 6” This home has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and has roughly 2,635(main level) square foot. Let me know what you think about the video! Chance, this can't be a prefab house 🏠🏡!! This ts a good, sized, home!! It has, lots of features and designs!! There is not a bad, room in the whole place!! Its a great buy and affordable!! Thank you for bringing this to us!!
Chance, you picked a great one. I literally would only change one thing and it's only because I can't stand a sink or cook top in the bar counter. Scoot the stove top down towards the oven and move the sink to the other counter, leaving the bar counter just a large open space.

Hey Chance My husband and I love this house. And because of your channel we have been able to narrow our search for a modular home. We live in NC and are in the zone for Homes by Vanderbuilt. We are so thankful to you and what you do. We actually just put a down payment on this home Saturday. There were very few changes we made because this house had everything we wanted. We were "channel members" for about a year or so. But now, because we have bought a manufactured home, we've discontinued the channel membership. We felt during the period when we were in the market for a home, that we needed to support your channel monetarily because of the service you provide to those in the market for a home. Ironically enough, the house we bought (the Locklear from Clayton Homes) is not one that you have toured, but we learned a lot about what's on the market from watching your videos over the past three years or so (we've been watching since 2020, nearly since you started). We sure enjoy your videos, and for the longest time, 6:45 PM Central Time Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday were "appointment TV" around our house. We still watch your videos, but now it's no longer "because we're in the market", but because we enjoy watching the home tours. You (and the other "home tour channels out there) provide a valuable service for those of us in the market for a new home. If we know someone in the market for a new home, and they're considering manufactured or modular homes, we always point them to your channel. So thank you for touring all the homes you have toured, and posting the videos. Your videos helped us in our search for the right house for us.

I like the layout of this home and the size of the pantry more than compensates for the kitchen
North Carolinian here! lol... No Chance, we don't have anacondas, we have water moccasins, copperheads, eastern diamond back rattlers, pigmy rattlers, coral snakes and timber rattlers. We don't need anacondas!
As for the house... OMG!!! It has a REAL pantry!!!! It has a spot for an extra frig or freezer! It's like SOMEONE has FINALLY been reading my comments!!!!
There are ONLY 2 things missing for this to be the perfect home for me. A fire place in the living room, and a soaker tub in the master bedroom. But I'm sure there's a way to add them, right?

We really enjoy watching your videos! The biggest bit of information that isn’t in your videos are the dimensions of the TV mount when it is limited. We really enjoy our 75” and are always asking ourselves if it would fit

Absolutely breathtaking home! 😊 The kitchen is prefect, and that pantry is massive! I love the backsplash, frosted glass windows in the cabinets, and the colors and trim on the shelving. The flooring and carpeting in the bedrooms blend well with the decor. Perfect utility room with a sink! The den looks comfy and relaxing. Only thing missing is a tub in the master bath & a bench in the pretty shower.
A nice personal size Suite for the Grand Parents when they get up in years and want to downsize but don’t want to be too far from the grandkids
I absolutely love this floor plan! Other than being just a tiny bit too big for just my husband and me, this is the absolute perfect layout! I love the fact that there's no wasted space, the kitchen has an enormous amount of storage and counter space, and that pantry! Definitely worthy of the dance! God bless, Chance!

Pantry is very nice except for those cheap looking wire shelves. They could have done much better

This is a really really nice house. The kitchen is to die for. I liked the under cabinet lighting. This is the first house you've shown me with medicine cabinets in the master bath. That was great. Personally I'd knock off the two bedrooms on the front making it a 3 bedroom tow bath. They need to two tier about half the master closet. The thing that really bothers me is in such a beautiful home is they have to use those cheap wire shelves in the closet and pantry. The utility room was one of the most functional I've seen in a long time.

It's about time someone put a cover over a sink. It's precious real-estate, for buffet style dinners for the holidays. Plus it's nice to cover the sink when you have food lined up.

Even though there are wire hanging racks throughout the entire house they are so much more practical and stronger than rails .
Love the cabinets going up to the ceiling. Love the pantry, not a fan of the wire shelves. Can put a freezer in there too.
Now, THAT'S a good-sized pantry! I wish the cook top was bigger.

Oh WOW...how beautiful is this house? Loving the wall colors throughout the home and the brightness...The Pantry windows are elongated and really sleek.Qs the kitchen is perfectly designed and the colors of the cabinets are really unique...The dining room windows are elongated and really brightens up the room.

Im in NC, I must say Homes by Vanderbilt has done it again. Perfect size, love bedroom sizes, pantry, counter space. Laundry room. That door on back of house,um.. there are No windows back there,why. That's my only concern. Thanks..Regional Homes of Lumberton has some lovely homes also.Great job. Blessings to you, and your family.
I watched it again, there are windows on back , out of laundry room, but I would need a window to see out before opening door.. bear,deer..etc.😂
