We have been in the mobile home business for years, and thought why not upload videos about something we can relate to and deal with every day.
We have seen the mobile home business come such a long way. In the old days most people referred to mobile homes as a trailer house. However some of the manufactured homes we carry are far from “trailer houses.”

Stove is too far over. Feel like its in the diningroom not the kitchen.
Stove is to far from fridge, too much wasted space in the dining room to
You might like the buccaneer Lizzie better. I did. It’s smaller though but laid out much better.
I need to reconfigure some areas of the floorplan. For example, I would move the kitchen sink to where the refrigerator is and add a window that will open and move refrigerator to the right side of stove area. I would also add a pot filler and gas range. Otherwise, my work triangle is screwed up.😊
I like this but not the split kitchen. Never seen a stove in the dining room before.
Yes, same for me! It’s a beautiful kitchen but I think the stove would look better and WORK better not so spread out from the kitchen sink and fridge.
Why does the stove look like it’s in the dining room? 😂
And for the love of God, can one of these manufacturers please put a coat closet near the front door?
Just saw the stove, about to turn off the video... what a terrible design!
Not a fan of the kitchen and dining room.
I can’t say this is a favorite but I do like the butler pantry. By the way those cattle are called Highland Cattle, smaller than most but good dispositions and great mamas.
Those are Scottish Highland cattle. The female horns turn up, the bulls’ horns turn down. I like this home a lot, but I would change the placement of the appliances in the kitchen. Too far apart. But this is a great home, Chance!
They're just called highland cows, coming from a Scots man☺️
I don't understand why people want to use furniture that looks as old as the hills, with the paint peeling off, etc . like the dining room table. To me it is gross, I would scared everytime I wiped it I would be getting paint chips everywhere. Plenty of drawers and cupboards in the kitchen. The island looks moveable. Not a bad house, but I don't like the farm motif. The kitchen is set up in such a way as to appeal to homeschoolers. I like the Butler's pantry/pantry/laundry room, etc.
I believe they are Scotish Highland Cows.
This plan is darn near perfect. Love the butler's pantry with the sink and laundry, all convenient. Love the separation of the living areas. The cow with the fab bangs is called a Highland, Chance! Love to y'all in Mississippi!
Kitchen is too spread out and disjointed for efficiency. Laundry is too far from the bedrooms/bathrooms. Foyer is wasted space. Needs a coat closet and built in bench for putting on shoes plus storage. So many windows these days go too low to make the wall useful for furniture placement. Furniture options and arrangements are limited by window size/placement.
Looks nice but not practical.
Highland cow. They're usually pretty small
Stove is weirdly placed 😉
I love this layout! I really like the fact that all the bedrooms are on the same end of the house!
It's pretty, but not my favorite. The only thing I like the most about this house is that the primary suite is NOT in the living room, dining room, or kitchen.....
That kitchen would not work for me. Too much space between stove and kitchen area.
Why, do these manufacturers not put a coat or cleaning closet in their homes? I assume most people own a vacuum cleaner or a mop!
Its a highland cow. They originated in Scotland.
Unique layout. Changes for me would be front & rear door solid except for glass at top of doors. Don't care for full glass or half glass doors. Second, love square sinks, but need a little more counter space in guest bathroom. Master bath, i personally don't care for stand alone tubs & especially any tub sitting in front of windows. Prefer a transient window there, or whatever they're called. My shower would have to have a built in space for soap, shampoo, etc., and a River rock bottom. Not crazy about the plastic or fiberglass, Size if kitchen is very nice with lits of space between dining area.
This is Absolutely one Beautiful house.. Perfect, Perfect designed well..100%. Immaculate !!!! mareekirbyfromSouthCarolina 🙂🌞🌻☀️🌼😊.
The stove needs to be to the left of the sink. That location throws me off. But I love the layout. And you’re right Chance, I’m spoiled with the staging and electricity! 😂
Great tour, Chance thanks ? 👍
Not really feeling this one.
Kitchen has no access to outdoor (patio) for bbq'ing, gatherings, etc. Fam room on rear should have access to the rear (patio) as well. Theres only 1 entrance & 1 exit. Front door & laundry room. My last house had 5 exits on lower floor & 3 decks/doors upstairs. This house is closed off.
Definitely not my favorite
Not really a huge fan of the slightly akward kitchen-dining space. The pantry- laundry-back yard access is way too 'habit-trail' - had me looking for the hamsters ! Not a very comfy looking living room - seems kind of out of the way. I guess I prefer a split bedroom set up because these seemed clustered at the end of the house. No way a guest/kids bathroom should have only 1 sink. The placement of 2 beautiful windows - highlighting the very nice master bath tub - super waste of expensive windows!! Lastly the grout job in the master shower looked absolutely disgraceful!! Totally ruined the tour - for me. But then again it was a Clayton so you really can't expect much . I have found their construction to be spotty, at best. If anyone is blind enough to actually purchase that wierd layout of a questionable quality - the 1 positive aspect - it will be falling apart in 4-6 years and definitely have to ve replaced by 10 years. But hey the home maintenance and upkeep will keep the family on their toes snd give the kids a chance to learn how to constantly repair the bits and princes falling off, falling out, peeling off, etc. Nice job Chance.
I wish the manufacturer's would build a porch over the front door. I almost NEVER see protection of the front door.
The stove is too far over. I would not want it in my dinningroom! Also, I don't like how the living room is cut off from the kitchen! I like more of an open concept! Also, I like a split bedroom floor plan! I dolike the door that leads into the pantry area. Also, I would need an area to house a deep freezer, which was not provided! With a few weeks would be perfect! As usually Chance did a fabulous job of showing the place!
Umm. Stove is too far. Remelber must think of triangle rule for designing a kitchen. Stove should have been by where the sink is and sink on the island. The wall where stove now could have been tall cabinets. I would do that but no white cabinets! Floor tiles! Same with bathroom. Yeah main bath has tub look like human size sink. Hahha. Shower tiles yuck. Prefer white grout and light color tiles. Thats all.
I'm glad this can't be in VA because im regretting ( a tiny bit) my choice of the Cavalier home we have just started building. This house is pretty nice!
That butler’s pantry was awesome! I’d love to have that! Your kitchen would stay uncluttered! Very nice home. Is this one an eBuilt one too or is that specific to the Clayton brand only? I have an eBuilt and the utility bills are nice and low thank goodness.
Chance I think that's a picture of a Highland Cow!
I think they missed the mark on the little room. That's off from the kitchen.I would have made that like a little office or an actual pantry and a place to put a upright freezer. These mobile homes.Never have room to put upright freezers. And I live out in the country and we hunt a lot.And I need place to put it freezer.
How dangerous would it be to try and carry a full eight qt pasta pot from that stove to the sink? Or run over for more water. Heavens, I can't imaging carrying a full canner to that stove. Everything else is great. Stove or sink needs to be in that island.
I love this house and I could live in it forever
Love that the living room and kitchen are separated by a wall. But there is no window for the kitchen sink...or light for that matter. What a shame. The island could be a bit bigger. The pantry was a disappointment. There was room for a standup freezer but no outlet anywhere near. Absolutely detest the metal racks in the closets. Need to be wood shelves with the wood bars for the hangers to land on. Walk in showers are ok as long as they have tile on the floor and the walls go to the ceiling. You lose all your heat to the room. I understand the need for ventilation but you could always have an exhaust fan to help with that. Just a few things that I saw that need addressing.
IS THE EXTERIOR MATING JOINTS SEALED WITH SEALANT, AND IS THE METAL FRAME CORROSION RESISTANT AS REQUIRED PER THE FEDERAL MANUFACTURED HOME CONSTRUCTION AND SAFETY STANDARDS?😊
Would love this floor plan with a few changes.
Switch the refrigerator area and stove area.
Do away with master bath water closet and put the toilet at the end of the shower wall.
Build it with normal size interior doors, not the skinnier doors.
Put real wood shelves and rods in the closets.
Like the home. Couldn't read the fuzzy print on the price or plan.
Electric fireplace isn't any good if the power goes out. Useless.
Closets could be bigger. Other than that it's a lovely home.
I absolutely really love the layout of this place and the exterior of it. My favorite parts are shiplaps throughout, the floating shelves in the kitchen area and butler pantry, the back splash above the stove, the open shelves in the island, and the tub in the master bathroom.
I likeeeeeeeeeeeee
THE MARRIAGE LINE ,LETS YOU KNOW ITS NOT A STICK BUILD HOME,OTHER THAN THAT I L❤VE IT
That shower tile in primary suite is horrid!😬
I like the layout where the kitchen is separate than the living room and it has a foyer!
Thanks for watching!
I really like this one . I would rather a window over the kitchen.
Says collier not Chance and It want let me hit like
I love the layout of this home. Love that all the bedrooms are on the same side of the house.
This cow is from Scotland
Those are Highland Cows
I love love this one. U did a good job showing this with no power.
Don’t like that white skirting.
We love this one. One of our favs you've done.
those are highland cows
Where's the floor plan?

Beautiful home! Nothing to really complain about. Well constructed and good use of color to make some rooms look bigger. And I love that rural, roughed up stone-look in bath and kitchen. Oh, I guess for myself, I'd rather have a different tub. But excellent all around. Love, love, love. Thanks for sharing this beauty with us!
Their Scottish cows
Beautiful home! Love the setup of kitchen and dining! Very nice! Thank you for an awesome tour!!
If Joanna Gaines designed a mobile home, this would be it.
Showing the cupboards in depth, hiding the shower till last is my biggest pet peeve of his tours. It's like make a 3 minute tour for most people and then go in depth. Me and my girlfriend talk about how it drives us nuts every video of his.
The ceiling treatments and support posts accents are a nice touch.
This home is so warm and inviting! I love the kitchen. And that butlers pantry is a drink station because the big porch will be out that back door.
Good video..
That tub is great! ❤❤❤
❤
That tub
Price?
I LOVE LOVE LOVE the front and rear doors on this home, I've never seen a back door like the one on this house.
I love everything about this kitchen!
It's a Highland Cow.
Love the Master bath and the Stand alone tub
That's a Highland Cow
The only issue I see with this floor plan is having to lug the dirty laundry from one end to the other, thru the dining room, thru the kitchen, thru the pantry. And then back again. Not very convenient for busy moms, although it is nice having the laundry near the kitchen
Get a laundry basket with wheels
Karen, I so agree!
Oh, I really like it
❤
