Great video. Buy a DSLR for $400 and then buy a WIDE ANGLE LENS. You need a wide angle lens for real estate photography/ videography.
Are you going to post a tour of the modern farmhouse? Are you licensed in Georgia?
I don't like all the editing. Just do the "one take" style of shooting -- much easier to follow. = )
Some customers may not want a full step by step of their home. Security factor... I wouldn't.

Something is wrong here. Basically in my opinion the 90% of this video show the floors and have of the walls down. Mike this’s not what you usually do...

Hey Dave, the shutters are a little unorthodox, in North Carolina we are getting people from so many different parts of the country. It's kind of a melting pot of different tastes lol
