  • Alex Murdaugh’s housekeeper testified the disgraced lawyer pulled her aside because he had a “bad feeling” about a video showing him wearing a Vineyard Vines shirt. Blanca Simpson went on to say Murdaugh allegedly told her he was wearing that shirt on “that day,” referring to the day his wife and son were killed.

      Yes, very well observed. The caregiver for his Alzheimers ridden mum said something similar: he wanted her to say that he was 35 to 40 minutes present instead of only 20 or so minutes. THAT is what he is good at: gaslighting

      Think of all the things that have occurred in this family before his wife and son's killing. 1st Steven's death 2, boat accident, 3rd Gloria's death family never got a dime from the 4 million from insurance, 4th Alec orchestrating his own death, Etc Etc..This man is the demon from hell..I feel Buster is also involved with his mom and brother's death. Just my opinion.

      It’s odd he was GLARING at Shelley, his mother’s caretaker. He had also tried to intimidate and even bribe Shelley to change her testimony.     Just like with the other housekeeper, I want to cry when I listen to their testimony. These ladies have such loyalty and care for this family, and to be put in this situation, because of his wickedness is so unfair to them they have to still live and work in the community. This doesn’t sound like a very nice family, and I’m sure there are those in the community that are very much behind this man and I worry for these ladies and their security. I pray God‘s hand of protection, and blessing upon them.

      Yet NONE of them are doing ANYTHING to find the killers.
      No angry, desperate press conferences. No private investigators. No rewards. No demands for the heads of detectives not doing their jobs. Not even tears and pleas to the public.
      The family all knows he did it and they don’t care.
      They’re just circling the wagons, trying to keep what $$ and prestige they can.
      Why aren’t any of the experts and “talking heads” pointing this out ?

      This is what attorneys do they tell you not to talk to the police do not talk to the press then they supposedly guide you on emphasizing certain points that make you look innocent and certain points that make you look guilty you don’t talk about.     I want to know if any of Maggie’s friends are going to testify. Especially the one she texted about her being suspicious of what Alex was up to. Especially since it appears that she was with him on the Sunday before the murders and they visited his parents that night. Also how does he explain calling his wife, which is in text, that he wanted her to come with him and visit the father, but not bring her along to see the mother on the way. And never seeing the father which were his words with her

    All round, Alex and family had great people surrounding them, from the CPO, the paralegal, Shelly, Alex’s friend Chris, Blanca and even Paul’s friends. Everyone who’s testified so far have been pretty honourable people. I appreciate how they all put family first and are very polite people, I think if he’d just lived a law abiding life he would have been incredibly successful and happy although it’s hard to imagine why he turned to a life of crime when he had it so good..

    I love how Creighton Waters has shored up all the evidence and testimony. He has always taken a strong stance against corruption. He breathed life in to this case by the way he’s presented these witnesses. I felt this lady’s testimony. There’s no way the jury didn’t feel it, too.

    Alex was rich in friends and life and couldnt see it staring him in the face. He was blessed beyond measure amd allowed money to become his god. Had his wife Maggie and son Paul found out about his stealing and being fired from his law firm they would have still loved and supported him. How people allow themselves to reach a point of no return when it wasnt necessary and ruin the lives of everyone around them is beyond me. I've never seen such destruction caused by one man in all my life. May god have mercy on his soul.
