Ty for this info. I started few weeks ago taking probiotics shots and it was a start. Now I drink tablespoon of ACV 3 to 4 times a day diluted w/ H2O and day 5 the bloating is gone.
Jillian, when supplementing natural protein with powders and other muscle enhancing products, does that effect our micro biome? In other words: Are there certain protein powders that are healthier for you than others? How do we naturally balance our micro biome while trying to build muscle mass with protein supplements? I wonder if you have a video with a quick home routine for core exercises? Something one can do on those days that time is very limited and gym isn’t an option…
Her app has a series of free 7 minute routines focusing on different areas if you want to try it. There is also an exercise generator where you can set the time (starts at 10 minutes), intensity level (easy, medium, hard) and body area to focus on. I'm not affiliated with JM - I tried the trial, liked what I saw and have paid for an annual membership for a couple of years. Best of luck to you on your fitness journey!
