Would you please clarify - if we do as you suggested, will our actual body temperature as measured with an oral thermometer go up? I've read that humans, in an overall trend, are holding lower body temperatures than when the standard body temperature average was originally surveyed. Now I'm wondering if that's because of a combination of an aging population since the original survey, and changes that have lowered the average level of brown fat - but I'm not absolutely sure that you are saying that this will increase our body temperatures (to a point - it doesn't make sense that we would go up to 103F just from omegas, turmeric, chili spices, etc.

When my brother was in SEAL training in the 70s they would keep the trainees in icy cold water for increasing time limits until their until their "shiver" point lowered. In other words they would not start a hard shiver until their internal body temperature was lowered by several points lower than it normally would shiver. I can't remember what that temp was but I know that even today 50 years later he still does not wear a coat when everybody else is cold.

Before and after weight loss supplements can be an effective way to shed pounds, but it's important to know which ones are right for you. Without a proper diet plan, even fat burners may not help you lose weight. Before taking a supplement, it’s always best to consult your doctor. If you decide that supplements are right for you, consider these five tips when shopping.

Thank you for this video, it’s so interesting to hear that the canal nerve is stimulated by the heat, just fascinating.
I noticed after the first cup, that I’ve been losing fat with turmeric…I’ve done keto and IF since 2018 and had my struggles but mostly liked it. (I’m turning 59 next month) However, I’ve been mixing it up (as our Mr DeL also does) and I started drinking golden milk (it’s Ayurvedic) an hour before bed and the felt is melting off of my back and waist. (Im not overweight, size 8 but a little fatty)
I actually started it because of my dry mouth…and it’s helping that too, along with a chronic cough. I also do a chi machine 10 min a day, which is great for lymph flow. Barefoot walking and grounding as well as red light and cold laser therapy. I just bought a unicycle so I’m looking forward to getting back on one after 7 years. I just started today, doing HIIT in the form of all out short sprints with nose breathing and I’m looking for good results from that. I got cancer free (I took no drugs) as of January and so I’m doing my best to synergistically work back toward wholeness.
My point in sharing all of that is because being healthy is not just about diet, it’s about everything that we do in our lives, our complete lifestyle, including the way we think, treat ourselves and others. The mind is one of the most left out factors in health…and it’s VITAL. I’ve gotten much help from the book Feelings Buried Alive Never Die by K.Truman, it’s an incredible help for staying mentally healthy as well. I also love the JW.org website for articles on how to deal with different stresses in the family, at work and school and personally.
Stress must be reduced for health, it’s just a fact.
    Be well everyone!

Just do a RUclips search for "Dr. Benjamin Bikman - 'Insulin vs. Ketones - The Battle for Brown Fat". • @hanknelson3231

It may be activated by two mechanisms. Phosphorylated perilipin A causes it to move to the surface of the lipid droplet, and cAMP-dependent protein kinase (PKA) significantly less effective than the first, which is necessary for lipid mobilization in response to cyclic AMP. This occurs during fasting.

    Hello Thomas,
Recently I have my Gallbladder removed and also I have been diagnosed with mild fatty pancreas.
My body weight was 125 KG and reduced around 35KGs in last one year by following you.
Now as my Gallbladder has been removed and diagnosed with fatty pancreas, please suggest me how can I reduce more fat. Almost everyone is saying that, I can't take fat anymore. Please suggest me what to do.

Try intermittent fasting with higher protein content since you can't have a lot of fat.

You'll still be able to eat fat, but it could give you some problems until your body gets used to haveing no gallbladder. If it does you can take bike salts to help.

Milk + Coconut flour + curcumin = Burning Brown Fat all night while sleeping!

How is this made or do you just mix it and drink before bed?

    • @okmijun
      @okmijun 2 года назад

@@NiShayVID just put into the glass of milk, and mix with spoon, not to much of curcumin, also 1-2 table spoon of coconut floor with 0,5L of milk is enough. Enjoy!

Does MCT powder activate brown fat the same way that the oil does, or does the reaction differ?

i just recently got into this brown fat. I've added MCT oil in my shopping list, turmeric and omega 3 fish oil. For longest time I've been using tabasco sauce on my hotdogs with melted cheese. Which now, I'll mix mustard with a dash of spicy peppers. Great video. Can I add the MCT oil to my coffee?

I don't think a moderately cold room is going to provide the benefits described. The test quoted explained that the subjects were exposed to cold water. Water conducts temperature much more rapidly than air. Being exposed to 18 degree Celsius (65 degree Fahrenheit) air temperature is not the same as being exposed to 18 degree water temperature. People exposing themselves to 18 degree water need to use a wetsuit (surfers, kayakers, etc), whereas many people find 18 degree air temperature quite comfortable with little to no thermal protection.

Does mct oil and healthy fats activate the gallbladder? Having gallbladder issues due to nit eating any fats and just eating suoer healthy fir 8 months. Formed lots of stones. Also, best time for mct oils is in a fasting state with coffee?
