when my mom was pregnant with their first child, my dad applied for the new job but he lost some important document. and he wanted to jump under the bus and kill himself but he didnt because he couldnt bear to leave my mom alone with their first child. even though it was arranged marriage.
in the end he got the job, and is successful. im soo proud of him and this story of his gives me hope to not give up, it will work out in the end.

I m 38 divorced from mumbai. My wife used my body, my money n drained me emotionally. Daily arguments, no work at home, no respect, no financial contribution, no true love and threat me every day and doubts on me and had eye on my money and property.
Best solution is to stop marriage, no kids and stay stress free life with lovely pets and parents. kids after some age don't stay with parents to look after in old age.
Suicide is something I never had any thought.

In India the law is horrendous for men. If men and women are equal....why not equal laws for both....?? In the army it's particularly bad for men as getting a divorce is end of carrier. Women are abusive to men and their families....it's not physical but they commit mental cruelty....but the law does not recognise it

Therapy needs to be normalised for everyone. Just listening to her talking about false rape case accusations stilled my system. Because as a girl, my own mind has been conditioned to believe that, yeah, if a girl speaks about her harrasment, she's probably not lying. I never knew men were dying... I feel so bad. Christ. Why on earth are those women lying?? That's horrible!

There is a video online (I saw it on FB long ago) in which a lady is seen discussing with a group of men. The men are from a particular financial institution and they had come to her home to speak to her husband because her husband owes the institution some large amount of money and he was refusing to clear his dues (credit) for a long time. The lady was trying to shield her husband and you can see from the video how she was extremely confrontational even though the men were older to her and they were polite in their words (they didn't raise their voice unlike her). She was already in a defensive/aggressive mode as soon as they started speaking about the dues. She casually tells them in the video that she will file a "rape case" against them if they further approach her husband to collect the amount that is owed to them. She slips this statement very casually without the slightest bit of hesitation or remorse or concern. If that video was not captured on a phone most people won't believe it happened (that is the sorry state of affairs today). It doesn't matter if a person is a lady or a male - they are both equally capable of committing atrocities (mental or physical or legal) if they felt it is within their power to do so. Society's laws are sometimes made to protect the victims but the same laws can be used (exploited) by certain groups to assert their power over others. An example of this is the SC/ST protection act which I have heard from a Dalit lady herself that it is used (or rather misused) by some individuals (who identify with the marginalised community) to deliberately cause trouble to innocent people. Any and all laws (even well-meaning ones) can be abused in society by people who seek to take advantage of the system. We must always remain vigilant of this fact.

It's really easy to say, talk about your problems or share your problems because there is no scientific proof that sharing problems solves your problems I'm talking about males only because men don't just go through social pressure but also emotional pressure a kind of a pressure which can't even be identified there is mechanical graphs to show such pressures, there are thousands of pressure we men endure every day.

Politicians are not amending the laws for their women vote politics and on the other hand, most judges are simps. If Men want gender equal laws, they have to do two things:
1. Whenever state or national elections comes, one year before, you should start posting on social media that your vote will be given to those party who will include for gender neutrality in their agenda
2. Once a month, keep visiting a Mens Rights NGO and make financial as well as time contributions. Attend their protests and seminars.

I think biggest reason would be to not achieve what you want. I feel so hopeless every single moment of my life, I took antidepressants but when I stopped, my condition is back to where I started. I think government should allow painless suicide for people like me who has lost hope and will never achieve success in life. It's better to be dead than to live like a loser.

Most relatable video and the part where she said that are we trained ourselves to listen a depressed person and not judge them. In my engineering 1st first year i also tried to talk about my depression and guilts with my friends and worst thing is i ended up getting judged and they maked fun of problems like they were nothing and guess what that makes scenario even worse for me but by the time i trained myself to how to deal with anxiety and now i prefer to find out solutions to my own problems by my self rather than sharing it with some one.
