With the sexual harassment act, women can just make wild Allegations against their male bosses and against any man, and have them suspended, arrested and cause financial loss. A senior VP of Genpact was trapped similarly and he committed suicide. High time that men's commissions and ministries are formed and men are protected from atrocities, abuse, harassment, blackmail, extortion and threats by women

@@nimisharaj8501 the law is an A*s and all of these women favouring laws are passed in parliament to get women's votes and appease to them. Lot of foreign funding is also happening as MPs and political parties take bribes to pass laws.
That's happening in banking (private) too, women work the least leave early ie at 6-7 pm., at the whole burden is put on men. And even the branch head doesn't have power to counter them.

my experience : of my friends whose girlfriend used him in every way for more than 7 months just by threatening him that she would accuse him of rape if he didn't act as she wanted him to... I still feel breathless when I remember those sleepless nights and the kind of mental trauma my friend went through for 7 months.. once I was travelling by train and the journey was for 36 hours. I got the upper berth and then next to me was a girl around 25. She was good looking and well educated. And then next to her, was a man aged around 50, on the lower berth. So that was our seating arrangement. We were going to Jamshedpur from Bangalore.
Now, since this was a long journey people started mingling to get rid of the boredom. The girl and I got into talking and discussed about a lot of stuffs. I really liked her for her immense knowledge and her persona. She spoke about feminism and her views were too good. She spoke about societal issues, and what should be done. Overall the conversation was going good and was getting interesting.
Now after a while, we both were tired of talking. And we thought let's enjoy the view outside. The lush green fields, bluest skies ever, the bright sun, it was beautiful. What happened next, just shocked me to the core. You'll know why.
Suddenly this girl (let's call her P) complained that she couldn't enjoy the view, because of the uncle who had got the window seat! I told her, that it's okay we can still get the view from our respective seats. But she wasn't satisfied.
And then P told me this: “Babe feminism ka zamana hai, hum ladkiyan hai, humein har chiz milni chahiye. Ye seat mujhe chahiye, aur mai le k rahungi.” (Translation: Babe, it's the era of feminism. We are women, we should be getting everything. I want that seat and I'm gonna get it.)
Next,P made a gesture to an aunty who was sitting opposite to us and took her to the washroom. And then after a while, that aunty came and sat in between me and the uncle. And P got the window seat. And then aunty suddenly started talking about harrassment and molestation. P smiled at me. I asked her. She tells me this.
“I went to the aunty and said her that the uncle sitting next to me is trying to touch me inappropriately and is being creepy. Now the journey is long, I don't want any nuisance as I'm travelling alone. So if I could exchange seats with you? Because he won't dare to harrass you.”
I was taken aback! A few hours ago, I was singing praises about her to my family on phone and admiring her and it all went down the gutter in a flush. And believe me, that uncle was as innocent as he could get. He was least bothered about our existence. He did ask us if we want to eat fruits that he got with him. My heart broke!
I decided to tell the aunty about the truth. I told her. She replies, “Daughter, these men are like that. Every man is a potential rapist. P must have thought something and decided to take this step. Don't play the blame game. It's okay, I don't find anything wrong about what P did.”
I gave up, you guys. I gave up. I had no words. Throughout the journey, I was quiet. This isn't feminism. Today feminism has taken such a drastic turn from the real meaning of the term, that it just hurts. We have shifted from getting equal rights to a whole new lane.
And P's Insta bio reads 'Feminist'. I laugh.

Hey bro love your content so much man. You are doing some really good work and the team that does this work is unmatched. Small observation: your theme music should be diverse. It’s highly energetic which is great for the podcast that matches that energy. But I feel like you should do one or 2 other kind of theme music for the spiritual or ghostly or military or governmental podcasts to kind of match that energy. I usually play some sort of spiritual talks on my playlist while going to bed. What I noticed is, I am listening to a nice talk almost falling asleep on a chill vibe and then that energy music plays which you can imagine doesn’t match the chill of the podcast. A hell lot of times 498a is mis used by lawyers only. The very lawyers insist Client to push for dowry case, personal experience with my sister, she was suffering from domestic violence, and we just filed that, but the boy fool filed for divorce and he couldn't prove charges. Actually his lawyer was a fool and his parents ever show up in court even after warning given by the honorable judge. Then he used his father's police contacts may be tried to change the judge also. But he failed.
And there some channels like "swaddle" literally ignored this fact

It's the question of acceptance by law that it also happens very much with men with the same excruciating mental torture and suffocation. It about being accountable. Almost half of the false cases are actually dismissed or not pursued by the women seriously but that doesn't change the fact that man's life is ruined his career is in shambles he is seen as molester by the society even if isn't there is always that lingering rumour "maybe he did it but got away" this is the worst. This is clearly not the case with women. Its brutal to be forced to sell off your expensive property out of shame because it's unlivable for low price despite the fact you might have to live off on rent for very long time.

@@rapiddu6482 this is a valid point and I don't deny that false rape cases exist too. But the claim that majority of rape cases are false is wrong . MOST of rape victims are not being served justice. I once read a case where victim had witness who saw culprit ripping her clothes. But the case was denied on the ground that witness didn't see what happened next(the actual assault).one case where girl was raped but her clothes were never taken . No justice cause she had clothes on . One where judge's actual line was "a victim cannot be so much confident and bold in court if she was raped recently".and all these cases are taken in account to count the 'false cases' . This is relevant cz if penalties are introduced then women will fear more just filing the case . What if her case isn't proven on such absurd grounds ? taking boy to jail directly on FIR was introduced to decrease acid attacks which will rise if that is removed . The problem of fake cases is real but solutions aren't the one as proposed by the person in the video . We have to take into account the fact the majority of females are not served justice in rape cases as well .
