She is there. But long before her there are men who suffered and started the movement. But nobody will remember them.
Actually her cousin brother was once falsely accused. Then she got the pain & started this campaign. For her surprise, she was also called in the police station as she was also got framed.
Completely true problem of today's society is super scarcity of femininity we have plentyfull women in our society, but many of them are lacking The femininity. The biggest role in destruction of femininity in female and present Society is our laws and legal systems. Women are trying to become men and the new social norms are trying to make men a woman. This is fundamentally and naturally wrong which is actually destroying the relations and misleading the society. Actually, for wellbeing of society masculinity and femininity both are required in equal proportion. In fact, we required femininity more than musculanity. But the new norms, legal systems and laws and limitation of our education system is destroying the femininity and only inducing masculinity in females. Please save the femininity in the society. Femininity means kindness, empathy, loving, caring, nurturing, helping, softness, adjustability, flexibility, honesty, forgiving etc and masculinity means, bravery, confidence, rationality, physical and mental power, leadership, decision-making, dependability, reliability, integrity etc. It is desirable to have some masculinity in female and some femininity in males. But total distortion of natural gender actually is destroying the society. Females are now increasingly becoming narcissistic, super selfish and self centric and saddest instead of kind and empathetic. Now they are naturally hypergamus owing to evolutionary history but at the same time the present values are not supporting the evolutionary history and making the females as males. Due to this irony and contradiction of past, and present societies, if she doesn’t find her partner as truly superior to her or others or as per her expectation, she would gradually or quickly lose interest in him and start misbehaving. That thing ultimately is escalated into divorce and all this false allegations to take advantage of legal system falsely inclined towards one physical gender which is called females.
Our Scriptures like Ramayana are primarily intended to infuse the right values in the society. Today we are inaugurating Rama Temple and celebrating with great pomp and show. But are we ready to invite those values even 1% of those values gifted by our forfathers in our Scriptures.

Some tips to save yourself as a man:
1. Observe people's behaviour and discussions they do, you'll get to know who's the toxic one's. Try staying away from them although keep info about them coz you never know they might be conspiring against you. Often the closest people do the worst with you.
2. Try to keep records of calls, chats and video recordings as well. Suppose you are driving your own car in a lonely place or wherever. Having a dashcam is a great power cause one wouldn't dare causing you any trouble.
3. Mind your tongue and imagine scenarios before you act

HUGE RESPECT FOR HER🙏🏼 We, highly respected family, experienced the exact same scenario as her situation with adultery from my sister-in-law, got married, never even came to our house, put 498a in 4 days after marriage to getaway from it with a large payout.
Shock and Humiliation of what we went through as family brings chills even now after 7 years. We only got to know about this law after we were accused of it & the only reason was to get money and get out of it.
Have spoken to Ms. Deepika personally, and the strength to move on was only achieved by the support of brave warriors like her.

There are much bigger issues in India that needs to get justice first. So a wife could sleep around and if caught, she could escape by filing false rape cases against the men, send then to jail, and then file false dowry cases, domestic violence cases etc and seek a HUGE SETTLEMENT. I am a victim of 498A and my family has already suffered a lot. My wife demanded money which I couldn't afford as a settlement and this is where she used this law as a weapon. I couldn't imagine something like this coming down to me and my family. I hope our judiciary starts looking at men and women with the same lens. There should be punitive provisions for false allegations irrespective of the gender. 😢

@@joeljack3059 Thank you 🙏 problem with our law system, when I approached a criminal lawyer regarding defamation, he informed me we can’t directly file defamation, instead a private complaint with Crpc 200 has been filed in the court, as usual these dirty cops don’t do their work honestly, I have been waiting from 2017, and off course lock down also delayed things

Not only in India that men are suffering. So many countries there are ways women use the legal system to "overpower" men. This is a global issue that the legal system is aligned with women. It takes a man an enormous amount of financial resources to prove his innocence which many men end up in depression or become suicidal, and even that state of a man in depression is used against him.
Exactly that's the main issue here. I meam any law can be used falsely but these ones in particular only drains the finances of men that's why they are abused the most.

Most countries have laws favouring women, even USA, UK, Canada etc. In US, the husband can be forced to give half his property to the wife. Much better to remain single.

We urgently need
Police reforms: Stop violence/torture of the accused.
More trained officers, forensic teams for a faster and fair preliminary investigation.
Judicial reforms: faster disposal of cases/ speedy trial. Also easier access to courts.
Prison reforms for separate prisons for undertrials with basic humans rights of clean toilets/bathrooms, decent food & safe & not overcrowded barracks.(Later for convicts too)
These reforms must be our prime agenda for 2024 elections. West is much better in this area if not the best, so will aslo solve problems of people living India for a good life

my friend's brother is going through this hell , her family is shattered .A few days after marriage bhai came to know about his wife's pregnancy literally after few days and the child was her boyfriend's child , later she aborted that child , after few months of their marriage she accused him and his family of domestic violence , dowry and demanded 25 lakh as settlement but thankfully her family opposed her and told her that they will file case against her with the evidences they have , but still this incident has mentally shaken the family , my friend's brother is depressed her mother is not well , her father is a really nice man but his confidence has shattered after this incident .

I got married to a girl back in April 17 2022 . It was a mutual marriage both of us wanted to get married. After marriage the girl started second guessing the marriage and then she wanted to end the relation. She blocked me from all social media and WhatsApp, started talking to her ex, and then tried to put false case against me. She drafted nullity of marriage petition where she claimed the marriage was forced and they have been cooerced and she wanted me to be punished for it and also wanted money from me. I realised who she is and what she is really really quick.

The fact that the so called LAW of this country upholds the hypocrites and denies justice to the victims, Is astonishing. Society is changing , Laws should change too.
Even if the female itself is the cause of separation if she is a narcissistic personality it is in evitable to break up that relation. Why in such condition man should pay anything. such law is completely against the principles of natural justice and the spirit of Constitution and justfull society. Majority of young population now does not want to marry. The actual high-value males are now not marrying. These laws are not assuring justice but only giving weapon to narcissistic people to harass exploit and extract the male partners. Almost 50% of female population is narcissistic and tend to play falls victim card. So it’s very easy for them to weaponise such unjustfull laws for their inappropriate expectations and tendencies. Such laws are actually the destroyers of society and peace of mind of millions of people. Such law should be repealed with immediate effect. And it’s a big irony that we worshipping Ram and building temple with so big pomp and show. But do we adopt any high-value from Ram or Sita ?
My cousin sister filed a fake case of dowry and domestic violence after her husband found her cheating just after 15 days of marriage , she was still in contact with here ex . The matter was settled outside the court after he agreed to pay the sum of RS 20L

I know a colleague of mine who confided in me who went through a similar experience. After paying close to 60 Lakhs, essentially his entire life's earnings to not make his family go through more suffering he left for US. He is highly educated and told his parents this country is bad, this society is bad and he is not going to return. I know another instance where the woman threw allegations of impotency putting the man's family at extreme society shame and pressure, took close to 1 Crore of valuables and cash and went on to marry and divorce 4 more men.
Why did the man pay?

I feel we have reached a place in the society where we need more gender neutral laws. POCSO is one of the steps I this direction. It acknowledges children of both the genders being prone to sexual assault . Men being able to talk about abuse and assault will not just empower men but also women .

It is not a personal problem anymore. It is a widespread legal and social problem affecting a mass. All though it is good to get out of it personally, it is a positive feedback to the wrongful activities and encourages such people to repeat the same. They themselves do it again and also encourage other people for the same behavior.

Majority of young population now does not want to marry. The actual high-value males are now not marrying. @AK Indian courts will treat that sort of live in relationship as a marriage, especially if the girl demands compensation after a breakup and drags you to court because you refused. It has been said so explicitly and there is precedent for it.

As a woman, i would say that this law is highly misused one and doesn’t show equality for men and women. Men are often the victim of this law and it should either have change or removed. As i have seen in my own family, there’s no consequence of fasle dowry claims and it also includes punishment of the innocent men even before the judgment is passed, infact even before the case reaches the court.

Alimony was introduced as a penalty for keeping a mistress, but feminism and legal system has turned it around as ‘entitlement cash chips’ for women. Even today, in any developed country, the husband is legally liable to pay 18 years of child’s support when the wife commits paternity fraud and even if she admits the same in the court. When it comes to pedophilic crimes, women get very feeble to no sentencing even if it is proved with all the evidence. Majority of baby killers are women in the modern civilized world and in even the olden times too. Now they use postpartum depression as an excuse to get leaner sentences. Men are legally liable for whatever he does, but women are legally protected, no matter what she does.
However, there is a carbon chunk that can be turned into a diamond in this haystack of rabid feminist ideas: - the concept of ‘Men are guilty by default’. It means that all men are selfish, hypocritic, liars, rascals, cheaters and all sorts of vile things by default. We have to use this effectively against the system. Just like how the Icelandic women left the work early citing pay gap, we men should abstain from listening to / showing any sympathy or concern to the so called ‘female cause’ until the laws are made gender neutral. We should abandon chivalry, abstain from making donations to women and child welfare programs (bulk of the tax money is routed to write off loans and an array of welfare programs including woman and children), never pay of female centric movies, dramas/ corporate programs, shunt politeness and social responsibility from our minds. instead, we all men must focus on our own happiness, our own skill set development, finances and careers, selfishly (selfishness comes along with the package of guilty by default) and should not be prioritizing relationships (either friends with benefits or no simping policy) and family commitments in our lives. We should match the audacity, cheapness and entitlement of these rabid feminists in our attitude. If they cite pay-gap we must be cheap enough to point out the working hours gap, shopping break gaps and risk appetite gap. We should have zero tolerance to nagging and emotional blackmailing, even if it is done by our mother, sister or daughter. Shunt rabid feminists from our lives even if they are belonging to our own family or blood lines. Never help any stranger (man or woman, be very specific about rabid feminists) without sufficient due diligence checks from our side (if we men get into trouble, rarely we may be getting any help). Monetize our help and onus of taking responsibilities, eg :- If we had to stay back at our work for women to leave early or take additional responsibilities of women going on maternity leave, we must make sure that we get paid for it. There should not be any compromise on it, if we are not paid, we must plan our exit and search for another company at the earliest. Never work in an organization or place for more than 4-5 years, no matter how good that place is! Learn to argue like feminists, our selfish obsessions/targets should be our priority, even if they come with a valid argument, circumvent or ignore it as if we are deaf, just like how they do it against us. There may be good women, but majority of these women are not vocal or concerned about the parasites among them. If all men are responsible for the actions of a few scumbags in the male gender, then the same is applicable to women. Men’s rights organizations are helpless in all the countries, they can’t do much even with the help of women like Deepika. We all men must learn to adopt the skill and attitude of the lone wolf (a lone wolf must be successful like a wolf’s pack and daring like a kamakaze pilot, IF HE GOES DOWN, HE WILL MAKE SURE THAT ATTACKERS ARE ‘SCARRED’PRETTY BAD for life) and mask it under sheep’s wool. If we align with men’s rights organizations, or other welfare organizations, it will be easy for the rabid feminazis to spot, cancel and silence us using misandrist laws and HR rules. “Never fight the system like a gorilla, but always fight it like a guerilla”.

My sister in law and her mother had some disagreement with my brother and they filed an FIR under 498(a) against my whole family.
Currently we are trying to get an anticipatory bail so police doesn't harass us. It's so disheartening how these things happen.
