I know it's not a 1.2 puregarbage engine but it makes me think about it.
The known issues on the 1.2 are bits of timing belt coming into the oil and clug the oil pickup tube + destruction of the vaccum pump if the engine has one.
I was like "yeah whatever, the most important problem is the oil pickup, the engine could totally run fine with a dead vaccum pump"
But no. The 1.2 puregarbage has multiple self destruction tools, as if it wasn't enough already.
How can you come up with the THP, VTI and puretech when you did the TU that was so great in the past? Cmon you just had to take the TU and make it more fuel efficient, it was otherwise almost perfect.

I lost interest in car ownership and driving as they became more problematic. One of the reasons I'm now using a basic Ford Focus with the 1.6 petrol and no turbo. They have cut the speed limits to 20mph and 50mph on main roads where I drive and cars after 2008 just became unreliable nightmares so for me they successfully sucked any enjoyment out of the motor car that there was. They want us working classes of the roads.
