But things like Clubs don't require you to be online at the same time to place on the championships. Just wish they would fix the Quick Play so I could do both! The campaign is nice, I did one full run through starting with WRC using a Yaris. It has a choice of events with a few mandatory ones as requested by your sponsor (unless you want to make them unhappy). It seemed to have more depth when starting from the Junior championship and working your way up, as you have no engineers at all and the budget starts small, so the staff management makes more sense. Also, did you bug test this fully? Forza Motorsport is full of bugs and hopefully EA will pc players just play on high graphics settings!!!
What game are the drivers comparing it to when they say "Its better than before, Its more realistic". As EA Sports WRC is not a simulator like Dirt Rally 2.0. or is it?
I regard myself as a rally purist, but not necessarily in hardware. I happily use a button for handbrake. In DR2.0 I noticed I was faster by provoking slides than using the handbrake. The DR2.0 handbrake dynamics was criticized for being too slidey sideways. I mostly only used it for super slow hairpins if I didn't manage to slide enough "naturally". Using it at higher spins felt like the tires instantly lost lateral grip as if suddenly on ice, which was what was criticized.

well, Solbergs are using 3rd person cam for a while, but they explained that it's easier for them to know what's happening with a rear. But of course simracing guys will destroy real rally drivers for their own choice 😅
That you are making this moronic statement is beyond me. Here is the answer you need: they play like that because this is _not_ a simulator, but a _simcade._ They don't need nor are going to get impressed by any damned immersion, since _they drive the real thing already._ They sit in a real cockpit behind a real steering wheel and pedals, feeling things you will _never_ experience in your life in any simulator. And more importantly, they and non-real-drivers like the rest of us we can play like if we fucking want to, and there's no way to prove that wrong. A random coming by and telling you how you have to play has no power in this world. Enough with this BS.

apart from Petter and Oliver, every other Scandinavian driver's got some atmosphere with them. Like that Serious vibe lol!
Looking forward to play, but a little afraid things will happen as with Forza Motorsport. Can you let us, pc players, know this will be plug and play? Or do we have to adjust a lot of settings? Also, did you bug test this fully? Forza Motorsport is full of bugs and hopefully EA will pc players just play on high graphics settings!!!
What game are the drivers comparing it to when they say "Its better than before, Its more realistic". As EA Sports WRC is not a simulator like Dirt Rally 2.0. or is it?
KT Racing games of course
I have no handbrake on my sim, will this make the gameplay messed up for me?
Nah, you're fine. Just learn the Scandinavian flick
No, but it's going to be more difficult if you use a wheel button as handbrake. Its hard to hit the button when wheel is spinning around.
Going to get the game anyways though..😅
Thanks for the info peeps!
You'll be fine! Button on the wheel, good to go.
Maybe remap the clutch pedal to be a handbrake.
Now that is how you promote. I'm sold ^
if the pros say it's okay, then it's on another level
yeah im sure the people being paid by WRC have real opinions on a game made by WRC lol
I think car tuning must be having an effect too on how smooth a car they drive.
Now that's better!
whats the name of that cockpit
good work Codemasters
Please tell me you didn't really put them in 3rd person 😭😭
paid promotion sign is missing from that video
Booked days of for this 😂😂😂
They all compare with previous wrc of course which I hardly played. I'm 7,473 hours DR 2.0 and hope this will be my new goto rally title. Sure, I expect hateful things , stupid things and let downs - that's what life is, but also 1000's of hours of getting the same corner not quite right for the 700th time, knowing that everybody ahead of me Must be cheating and pleasant surprises when a long stage comes together and all bow before me. YT will be filled with proud new world record times shown and posted. 7min 30sec record, next week it's 4min 47sec. I liked a guy/gal saying the other day they were waiting for their new SSD before they install the program/game/sim/title/EA Sports money grab????? I am unemployed, I have spent all the money I am going to on this title. Honest..... Peace and love racers, please remove brain before entering cockpit and keep her between the hedges.
Oliver is known to play Dr2.0 with petter. And Oliver took part in dr2.0 esports events. Not sure but i don’t think previous wrc games were big with the drivers.
Thanks for the info, even more reason to stay positive. Cheers.@@toshidaboshi
Why would anyone play a sim in 3rd person mode with a wheel and a big screen infront of them is beyond me.
well, Solbergs are using 3rd person cam for a while, but they explained that it's easier for them to know what's happening with a rear.
If you play RBR you don't need 3rd person view to know what the rear does.
juurikin niin. right on@@henripuustinen4642
solbergs are not that fast so they must cheat@@oksad47
Finally, that's how it should be done, in a sim
Totally unbiased 😂
Looking forward!!!
i want to buy it, but not without psvr2 support.....
Samir!!! You are breaking the car!!!
Remove Denuvo
I will preorder too in this cae 😂
Hope it feels like RBR! Dirt rally 2.0 was fun but not the best physics…
Add SSS stages
It's playable with controller or it's a nightmare like dirt rally 2?
buy g29 etc.

The amount of money that has been spent on those useless promotions could have been used to make the game not looking like a ps3 game...
