Fantastic, probably the best stage ever filmed 100%, amazing there are not more back/neck injuries with so many jumps, the compressions are unbelievable. Well done.
This is thanks to a couple different mechanics at play! First is the car. The damping system is set up using a combination of slow bump (compression), slow rebound (extension) and fast bump settings. Slow bump is basically how much you want the nose to dip under heavy breaking, (when weight is transferred forward) and the opposite is true for the rear, whereas rebound dictates how fast the nose comes back up once off the brake, which is something you want to maintain a more stable balance. Fast bump settings control how the dampers react to sudden compression, like from landing after a jump (which is further controlled by something called bump threshold, or bump zone division, which tells the damper "Hey, if a compression happens any faster than this value, you'll use the fast bump setting instead of the slow bump setting." Second, note how he dabs the brake before going over a jump? It directs the weight forward (on brake) and back again (off brake). Too much brake will make the nose dive over a jump (because weight is on the front of the car) and too little brake can cause the nose to lift because the weight is on the rear of the car. Rally tuning is really awesome and while I don't know a lot about it, I still love the mechanics involved. Be well friend, wherever you are!

The commentary mentioned that the main reason of implementing VC aside from safety reason (obviously) is that in case of someone that's ahead of the road order happens to knock down a part of physical chicane and thus making it less tighter for everyone behind them and gain significant times. The camera behind the seats is not the best to watch the driving and analyze it. That's why drivers generally prefer these front-right dashcams when they have to fit the onboard cameras themselves on regional rallies or anything like that. This dashcam allows one to see the road in great detail (different materials, stones, rocks, ruts, camber, banks, etc.) and shows very well the weight transfer and overall chassis movements/body roll of the car, whether it's induced by the driver as a driving technique or by the car just merely reacting to the elevation changes or roughness of the road. Although in this video we have the face and pedal cameras covering the dashboard, which is important to see to have as much reference of the car as possible in order to properly understand its sideways angle and everything else.
