Big, Bouncy Downwind: Miller's Run, March 2019

Miller's Point, Cape Town, 26 March, 2019
As we launched, Rumbly Bay was almost closed out by a huge set... my speed leapt up to 14kph, heart rate leapt up to 150bpm as I sprinted to get out of the bay, too funny...
The sea was too confused for a record time, but it was great fun - big, rough water, a fabulous roller coaster ride past the lighthouse, some huge drops and a great surf into the beach.
Who could ask for more?
