I've been doing this daily with my 5yr old son and he uses words that most 5 year olds couldn't even say. I noticed my memory is better when doing it daily.
I used to do this during my primary school years...now am in high school i regretted so much that i ve stop doing this exercise as it srsly rlly helped me with my studies
Before seeing this video I felt fear in my morning walking but now without fear i could walk pleasantly and mingling with my family members and friends smoothly. Thanks to madam samay yoga. Now at the age of 61 i am doing this super brain exercises 15 times without strain.
As we were growing up, our teachers and parents used to make us do this whenever we misbehaved in class or didn't complete our homework. And everytime they used to tell us to do this, they also used to tell us that it will make us clever and get rid of our naughtiness! Today I find it pretty amazing that a lot of what our elders used to make us do had a lot of wisdom in it. Parents nowadays have no wisdom and I fear for the future generation.
This one exercise is enough...for very good health improvement...by doing 108 times daily... This number is sacred in yoga & Hinduism.... wholeness of universe existence....sun ,moon,earth.....etc...goes on....108 practice in all pojas....of God

Remembered the PUNISHMENT EXERCISE we use to get in our school days and J remember getting punished many times too. My Nana ji also use to give this as Punishment when I would speak the wrong number in our memorising the Multiplication tables !!!😂😂😂 I understand that this exercise is now being recommended in FEW PRIMARY SCHOOLS UK AND USA TOO 😂😂😂😂Like Fashion returns this returned with a different name !!! 🥰🥰🥰👌👌🙏🙏🙏
My wife (age 60). 3 days back affected by stroke (one small block at right brain). Now she is normal after hospital treatment. Is there any technique for her.
So many questions: how hard do we press our ear lobes and is there a diagram of exactly how the tongue should be positioned? And should we breathe in through our noses and exhale through the mouth ?
Ive got combo treatment. So the teacher used to make me do Uthak baithak... for every uthak baithak i did i got one whack with the cane on my bum whenever my bum came down😓 Another package was getting imposition by one teacher and caned on my bum by another on the same day...so while i used to write impositions at home i had to stand up rubbing my bum with the left hand and writing the impositions with the right hand.

If you are left handed is the your hand position the same when crossing your arms and holding your ears? for example do I cross my right arm first to grab my ear and the left is crossed over my right arm?
If you did this yoga exercise for 15 minutes, could you take breaks with each 5 min of the exercise or do you need to do the 15 min and then take a break?
I have poor concentration and i am unable to focus, sometimes it is diffcult for me to walk and stand... how many days i can do this yoga brain exercise to cure my problem please tell me??
Morning is the best time, but you are free to do whenever you find time. Doing it daily with consistency is key. Yes, you can do it after or before your exercise. You can do it twice in a day too.
