Hope you liked the video. You can get my online course [Supercharge Your Memory Power] here: pxl.to/2m6psi9 You will learn the world's BEST techniques to remember any kind of information (names, books, speeches, words, numbers, facts.... anything!)
recap: 1. Pay attention - 100% focus on what you’re learning or trying to memorize. Register all the things. Turn off notifications and be focused on the things you’re trying to register. 2. Comprehension - Understand first to make it remember. Do the checkpoints have you understood the information? A very important thing is association information. 3. Recall - Make sure you can rephrase everything in your own words, and do it a few times. LEARN RECALL RECALL. Do not end your training session without a recall session. 4. Application - Things you have learned need to be used to be remembered. Do DEEP learning, not shallow learning. Use it! use it! People are info junkies, they put info into their heads but do not understand the information and don’t want to associate it with anything. And that’s why they do forget the information.
@@nishant.kasibhatlaperhaps you could write up a program for different age stages for teachers to have their students do. Ambitious teachers would sign up in a heartbeat.
Four habits - 1. ATTENTION - give 100 % attention which helps you to 'register' 2. COMPREHENSION - Understanding helps you to 'retention' 3. RECALL - recall or results 4. APPLICATION - shallow learning to deep learning Thank you sir for amazing memory boost session 😊
In school, I always asked my teachers “why?” in almost everything that we learned. Almost every teacher I asked that didn’t like it. I recognized that if I understand something I will remember it better.
1. Attention------------------- If you dilute the quality of learning, you will dilute the quality of your results. 2. Comprehension-------- First undersatnd, then remember. 3. Recall------------------------ Before you can forget anything, you need to get it in the first place. 4. Application---------------- It's not about what you learn. It's about what you do with what you learn that makes a difference.
I've been in the middle of writing about self help management n God leads me to your teaching that I've been looking for. Thanks a TON, Dr Nishant 👍🏼🙏🏼💪🏼🤗

This is just PURE GOLD. This Video is the Defination of Right Knowledge is a Treasure itself. I Absolutely Loved this session I wish I found this video early.
Allah! La ilaha illa Huwa (none has the right to be worshipped but He), the Ever Living, the One Who sustains and protects all that exists. Neither slumber, nor sleep overtake Him. To Him belongs whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on earth. Who is he that can intercede with Him except with His Permission? He knows what happens to them (His creatures) in this world, and what will happen to them in the Hereafter. And they will never compass anything of His Knowledge except that which He wills. His Kursi extends over the heavens and the earth, and He feels no fatigue in guarding and preserving them. And He is the Most High, the Most Great. [This Verse 2:255 is called Ayatul-Kursi.] [Surah al-Baqarah 2: 255]
3 R's of memory - Register, Retention, Recall 3 Habits for each of them - 1. Attention - remove distractions, get comfortable with boredom 2. Comprehension - ask an expert, associate/relate it with existing knowledge, set certain checkpoints and rephrase/recite 3. Recall - self test, teaching someone, practice 4th R' - Results 4th Habit - Application - get out of input zone, output takes time, effort, commitment, discipline, dedication. (use it or lose it) Learning => acquiring a skill Application => achieving results
The take aways i learned from this video is 1.ATTENSION : make your input great it maybe leads your output great but if you make your input worst then your output definitely worst...... How to pay attention? :Turn off notifications. 2.COMPREHENSION: first understand Then learn How to comprehence like pro Just link what you need to learn with what you have already learned.☺️ 3.RECALL : after understanding part Tou need to recall . (The best way of recalling is to take a white paper and teach your imaginary frnd what you learned from this video or any book 📚: it's Feynman Teachnic) "samjhao aise ki 6 saal ka bacha bhi samajh jai" "If you can't explain it simple it means you don't understand it well enough"~ALBERT EINSTEIN 4.APPLICATION: Apply what you learn If your input is X then your output should be 2X Sorry for poor English sir 😅😅😅
Nishant, what a champion you are! This is exemplary teaching at its best. I never did attend a school nor even a tertiary institution that taught me how to pay attention, comprehend, recall and apply my learning! Especially in a safe environment. Every able person needs to listen to this and apply it to their lives. I believe if anyone would take your lesson to heart, they will 10X (or even more) their output in life. Well done, mate! You've got a fan in me!
Wow.. thanks Ricky! You just made my day :-) I am really glad this resonated with you. Thanks for taking the time to write this comment. I really appreciate it!
Absolute gem, can't loose this video, I have put it in playlist adready. Now I understand why not getting results, because I am shallow learner. I need to apply skills to get results. Like Mathew principle told in Bible.
People have been calling me gifted for my whole life because of my memorization skills and now I can confirm it is because I do all of these subconsciously. Before anyone asks I don’t think I would be able to do what he did at the beginning of the video he is actually amazing and that is what made me so curious about his points
That's awesome! It may be true that there are some truly gifted people. However, if one use the right techniques and combines it with the right amount of practice, one may very well be called 'gifted' by others who don't know the techniques. As for the numbers, you can do it. Here's a video on how I did that: ruclips.net/video/IvPdjxhciog/видео.html
My 91 year old mother has 4 children and she can remember all of our mobile numbers, reeling them off one after the other (44 digits) and it's not because she calls us every day as we call her. I tell her she's amazing but she's very humble! Thank you Sir so much for this lesson, I'm going to listen again, pay attention and take notes🥰
Atention-registration, comprehention-retention, racalling-recall, application-reaults. I work as a cook and thats the exact way I apply recepices. I pay full atention to recepy, try hard to visualise it and than i recall myself, and at the end have to do it. Thats the exact way I get used to.
Very good Nishant. You make so many good points. Love the demonstration you did with the numbers to establish credible expertise. Your example of proper vs. improper fractions was excellent. In my own training classes, I've often taught "The 3 Causes of Forget-ory" i.e. What causes people to forget things in the first place? #1 = "If you don't GET it, you can't KEEP it."
I stumbled upon this video exactly when I needed it most. In 12 years of school I never knew how to properly learn something without memorising it, and nobody gave me a proper answer. Now I'm in my first year at university and just started my exams and this video finally made me understand how to learn properly. I want to thank you for this video and for sharing it with the world! Thank you for helping me and helping millions of people around the world! ♥
Wow.. so glad this video was helpful for you. Wishing you the very best for your university. I have a playlist on study skills that you can check out: ruclips.net/video/XmdBfvT8Lqk/видео.html
This is extremely helpful for me being a motivational speaker, Coach and influencer. I’ve noticed my patterns with memory when I’m asked a question on a panel. This is life changing! Thank you so much!
Thanks for the 4 habits. Love how you correctly diagnosed what is lacking in many adult learning. Lifelong learning by itself is not enough. We need lifelong application.👍
probably one of the best videos for youth to encourage to boost their memory. remember 3 R registration, retention and recall that would definitely help you to learn anything faster and very efficiently . thank you sir for teaching important chapter
1. pay attention by turning off all the distractions and focusing on only the thing u are learning 2. comprehension consists of two parts i. assosiation ie connecting it to something u already know ii. checkpoints ie u recall what u learn after certain learning 3. recall everything u learned by testing yourself on what u learn and to ask yourself that can u actually rephrase what u learnt in your own words 4. implement what u learned in order to do deep learning
Formula To change your life 1) Attention 2) Comprehension 3) Recall 4) Application #Process of Memory 1) Registration (input) 2) Retention (how long u can store the input) 3) Recall 4) Results 🔥🙏

Love from India 🎉 What i learned from this video 1. Attention : If you want to register any type of knowledge in your mind , so pay 100% of your attention to understand that knowledge, 2. Comprehension . If you want to remember any topic , so learn first the deepest level of that topic , cuz if you haven't proper knowledge about that topic , so you can't remember that , so do this ,then the percentage of retention will be increase , 3. Recall . Actuall recall is , recall particular topic at the right time , 4.Result. if you do these things, you will be become successful
This is probably the greatest video i have ever seen on youtube. I desperately needed it. Thanks to youtube for recommending it. I am going to apply all these principles from tomorrow onwards

I am absolutely inspired by this seminar. It showed me that the past few years of my life have been mostly shallow learning, due to inputting more than I'm outputting and not being able to devote my attention. I'll be using these tips in the foreseeable future, thanks for such an insightful lesson!
yes Nishant you proof yourself of mastery in the 4 habits that we need to apply in our life. Marvellous and Awesome. No doubt of confusion delivering your message to us.
Thanks so much for the comment! Really glad you liked it. Apply these 4 habits 🙂. Pls share the video with your friends/groups who can benefit from this. Thanks 😊

"Before you can forget ANYTHING, you have to get it in the first place".....I love this. Seems simple but it's so easy to think we understand something or think we have learned something and this quote reminds us to revisit whether or not we actually "GOT IT" in the first place
Thanks for this amazing session Mr. Kasibhatia. The habits that you mentioned in this lecture are infront of us all the time but no one really pays *attention* to it. Whatever you taught during this lecture, I tried to simultaneously apply it where I could, like paying 100% attention & understading before trying to remember. Of course I couldn't test myself during the session but I did apply the first 2 R's to get to the last 2 R's. I was doubtful at first but then I tried recalling the whole lecture after watching it & thanks to these habits I was able to recall almost everything in form of a flow chart. Again really thankful for this video, really looking forward to more videos from you, especially on how to remember big chunks of information like numbers where one cannot comprehend the random arrangement of the digits.
Wow.. this is great! Congrats on not only watching but actually applying what I shared WHILE watching the video. Really glad to know that you are able to see the results for yourself. These 4 habits are life-changing when it comes to memory and learning. Keep using them. I have better memory than my family and most people in my school but I have trouble remembering the important things. It’s probably why I only scored just over half on my tests. It was only on German and Maths where I got really high. I’m also a high school student so teachers put a lot of stress on us, and that’s probably why we can’t focus very well.

This is brilliant! Your technique of Attention, Comprehension, Recall, and Application is very similar to what Montessori Teachers do with children when presenting new material. First, they introduce the new concept, and then the teacher proceeds with a Three-Period Lesson to check if the child has learned it.

I can memorise anything fast but my problem is that my brain content or date doesn't retain more than one month. I am depressed. Could you please make a video regarding "Lifetime memory retention"?
Thanks for watching. Do you actively use all the 4 habits I suggested in video? I believe that doing it will really help you tremendously with long term memory. As for “life time memory”, let me see if I can create a video on that. The important this for “super long term” memory is to revisit the information (either directly or via sharing/applying) the info periodically. Hope this helps. Wishing you the best.
Thank your for this amizing lesson, it really made me my day and learned these 4 habits. I noticed what is wrong with me , when ever I read a book or attend a class I feel guilty, from today I will use these habits. Thank u once again.

Thank you Sir, i enjoyed your program from Nigeria 🇳🇬
recap:

Absolutely true Sir. Our students must grab this from the elementary school. Even over 2years of constant teaching things will change
Here in Philippines we don't have that kind of education
Four habits -
1. ATTENTION - give 100 % attention which helps you to 'register'
2. COMPREHENSION - Understanding helps you to 'retention'
3. RECALL - recall or results
4. APPLICATION - shallow learning to deep learning
Thank you sir for amazing memory boost session 😊

In school, I always asked my teachers “why?” in almost everything that we learned. Almost every teacher I asked that didn’t like it. I recognized that if I understand something I will remember it better.
1. Attention------------------- If you dilute the quality of learning, you will dilute the quality of your results.
2. Comprehension-------- First undersatnd, then remember.
3. Recall------------------------ Before you can forget anything, you need to get it in the first place.

I really like your session sir you really did understood me that what the learning means? Thankyou so much for this wonderful session
Absolute gem, can't loose this video, I have put it in playlist adready.
Now I understand why not getting results, because I am shallow learner. I need to apply skills to get results. Like Mathew principle told in Bible.
Wishing you the best for your deep learning :-) Please share this with your friends/groups. Thanks!
Wow.. that's a great analogy. Thanks for the comment. I really appreciate it :-)
Very good Nishant.
Understood.

1. pay attention by turning off all the distractions and focusing on only the thing u are learning
2. comprehension consists of two parts
i. assosiation ie connecting it to something u already know
ii. checkpoints ie u recall what u learn after certain learning
3. recall everything u learned by testing yourself on what u learn and to ask yourself that can u actually rephrase what u learnt in your own words
4. implement what u learned in order to do deep learning
Yes! Also keep in mind the context and also why these steps are important :-)
Formula To change your life
1) Attention
2) Comprehension
3) Recall
4) Application
#Process of Memory

2) Retention (how long u can store the input)

What i learned from this video
1. Attention : If you want to register any type of knowledge in your mind , so pay 100% of your attention to understand that knowledge,
2. Comprehension . If you want to remember any topic , so learn first the deepest level of that topic , cuz if you haven't proper knowledge about that topic , so you can't remember that , so do this ,then the percentage of retention will be increase ,
3. Recall . Actuall recall is , recall particular topic at the right time ,
4.Result. if you do these things, you will be become successful

"Before you can forget ANYTHING, you have to get it in the first place".....I love this. Seems simple but it's so easy to think we understand something or think we have learned something and this quote reminds us to revisit whether or not we actually "GOT IT" in the first place
That's a great take away. If anyone uses the 4 habits, they can be sure that they GET it :-)
Thanks for this amazing session Mr.

This is brilliant! Your technique of Attention, Comprehension, Recall, and Application is very similar to what Montessori Teachers do with children when presenting new material.
