I'm definitely enjoying your content, I have a Red 01 Cobra with an older 2.2 Kenne Belle that I'm currently working on putting back together then throwing back in the car. It'll be my first time with boost on the Cobra, but I have the exact same exhaust setup, BBK catless Long Tubes and X Pipe except with no mufflers
She looks awesome, sounding much better, is a bit louder than my car, but you have long tube and a
4V motor, but the do have a good sound, and that cam chop is freaking killer.
It sounds just like my gt500 it’s loud asf but it sounds so damn good

I had some SLP Loudmouths 1 on my 2v with ARHs with the HiFlo cats paired up they were nice!

Those slp sound great at idle but at high throttle I prefer the Borla stinger/ arak or Pype M80, I currently have m80s I’ve had several different mufflers. Having cams you want to hear that chop at idle a straight thru muffler does it best in my opinion, love the video 🙌🏼

Dude this makes me want to do the eaton swap on my 2001 cobra it needs boost so freaking bad.
Boss rods + forged pistons + ported m122 from a gt500 = 600 rwhp capable 4v with lots of smiles per gallon without breaking the bank
It’s got a nice chop but nothing will ever beat the chop you’re gt500 had (el choppo)

Sounds much better. Best sounding exhaust set up I've heard was on my last one which I got to see / hear a few weeks ago. ARH long tubes, ARH 3" catted X pipe and stingers.....was absolutely sinister. Trying to replicate that on mine now
I have arh long tubes catless h and stingers on my 07 gt500 I think that is the best setup. It's so deep and evil and throaty. Video of it on my channel I need to get some new clips too

I tune the car lol. Getting the idle spark where its happy and sounds good is key.
You might be referring to chop from poor fuel tuning at idle. But this chop is from the cams overlap
@@MustangLifestyleTV you mentioned in the video how choppy the cams sound and that the car hasn’t been tuned yet. Untuned the car is going to sound more choppy. My car chopped a bunch with a base tune and after it was tuned most of that went away.

I LOVE the Yote platform . In fact it’s the best pound for pound platform Ford has ever had but they don’t sound good as any of the old school Mustangs (2v’s,3v’s,4v’s or even the pushrod 302’s) . Yotes are much better motors but don’t sound as good as the old schools !!!
