What’s your workout split? I’ve been doing push pull legs for a couple weeks but I’m thinking about splitting it up into a 5 day workout split (back & biceps, shoulders, legs, etc) any tips?
Well maybe for you Sadik that is the case, that you don’t need to work the lagging body part more in a week than other muscle groups. But speaking from my own personal experience, working out my lagging body parts twice a week have been good for me and i’ve seen more progress than before. I think it all just depends on ourselves as individual, just experiment and try out what works for you.
