Sadik is the original men’s physique pro competitor. I competed against him In 2013. I was a puppy than. But, I have to say. He was the nicest guy on the planet. I’ve been training for 20 years, so I don’t need advise or help, but, I would take Sadik over Chris any day if I ever needed anything!!! The original to anything is always the best!!!!
Not hating - seriously, I don't care - but this isn't a natural physique. Aesthetic as fuck? Absolutely. You just can't compete at this level without PED's. Like I said, it doesn't bother me. I think that proper steroid use has many benefits (I plan on HRT myself when the time comes). I'm just saying, is all. I happen to be one of those people that question the logic as to why alcohol and cigarettes are legal, but steroids are not.

Arm days not required. Just do push pull legs you train arms twice a week instead of once a week.
