When Will The Government Take Action? | Aren't Humans Victims Ourselves? | Veganism | Q & A

  • When will the governments take action? Probably before the end of this decade as by then it will be impossible to ignore the consequences of climate change. Governments will begin promoting plant based foods and heavily taxing meat not for the sake of the animals but in the name of the environment. Several universities in the West have already began to change their canteens into plant based ones in order to combat climate change.
But until then government will keep giving incentives to animal based industries as they are what have the most number of consumers at the moment and therefore "help in the growth of the economy".
Also when to human to farm animal relationships, humans are not the victims. A human can never be a victim in the same way a farm animal is. They are literally forcefully made pregnant, have their children taken away and then brutally murdered. To say that humans are victims when it comes to the treatment of farmed animals is akin to saying slave master are victims when it comes to slavery.

There are two reasons why vegans comprise a fraction of one percent of the population:
The main reason is due to humans’ failure to care about what they put into their own bodies - as long as it tastes good, who gives a damn about the consequences to one’s own health or the ethical concerns regarding other creatures or the environment?
The other reason is due to vegan advocates and animal rights activists being inept in their understanding of morality as well as their abysmal grasp of human physiology. Almost every single vegan activist I know of wrongly believes that we are omnivores, and they are clueless in respect to metaethics and applied ethics.
But that is not the most unfortunate thing about the matter. The saddest thing is that there is hardly a single vegan activist even willing to spend an hour or so to learn proper diet and meta-ethics with the World Teacher Himself, Jagadguru Svāmī Vegānanda, despite him freely offering to do so on his social media platforms. 😩

Even if we do apply more chemicals to crops, it still won't match how much chemicals we already ingest from animal flesh. Bioaccumulation is real. 🌱💚

GOAL IS TO make people understand that if we go with the " value to hurt billions of living being" then one day we will see adverse affect on society too and thats how criminals r born...so pls pls pls spread love ..start helping people .. and stop hurting then only earth will be saved

This is nice. An action against animal cruelty is good and path is veganism to achieve this is good. This is a soltuion on a long term but on a short term basis, teaching about taking care about animals that living on streets such as cats, dogs and other animals are also important. Please mention that animals must be taken care is necessary in your lectures. i am new and this is my second video watching what you are saying and so far i am convinced of the long term approach you have taken but short term is also important.

One more thing, taking away a child from his parents(human or animal) causes a lot of trauma on the contrary a plant uses different strategies to make sure his fruit is taken away. Plants have evolved various strategies to entice animals to eat their fruit, which helps in seed dispersal. Here are some common methods:
    1. Color and Attraction: Fruits are often brightly colored to catch the attention of animals. Red, orange, and yellow are common fruit colors that stand out in natural surroundings.
    2. Sweetness: Many fruits are sweet due to the presence of sugars, which appeal to animals' taste buds.
    3. Aroma: Fruits emit enticing scents that animals can detect from a distance, attracting them to the source.
    4. Nutrient Reward: Fruits often contain essential nutrients and vitamins that are beneficial to animals.
    5. Soft Texture: The soft and fleshy texture of fruits is more appealing to animals than hard, unripe fruits.
    6. Seed Protection: Some plants have evolved seeds with hard shells or pits that are indigestible for animals, ensuring the seeds are eventually dispersed away from the parent plant.
    7. Symbiotic Relationships: Some plants form mutually beneficial relationships with specific animals, like birds or mammals, that become their primary seed dispersers.
    8. Timing: Fruit ripening is often synchronized with the availability of animals that can disperse seeds, ensuring the fruit is eaten when the seeds are ready for dispersal.
These adaptations help plants ensure their seeds are spread to new locations, increasing their of chances survival and reproduction.

Hi Arvind! Most people aren't even aware that there's a rise in diseases because there's a rise in cruelty to animals. The suffering humans put out has to return to them in some form or another. If one looks at the Puranas, one can clearly see that it is only asuras who relish meat and that meat makes them cantankerous and fond of noise and chaos. What is dis-ease? A form of chaos in the body-mind.

Once Supreem Ghimire said on Quora
"Let's ignite change, let's create a moment - The vegan movement striving to transcend retribution.
For those who believe in God:
In the God/divine tongue, or let's say, in Sanskrit, the word Meat means 'mamsa'. Mamsa signifies 'Mam' meaning 'Me' and 'Sa' meaning 'He.' This subtly implies that as I inhabit this animal now, in my subsequent life, this creature might have an opportunity to consume me in the same way.
And for those who embrace science but not God:
Recall the motion lessons from your school days and delve into the laws of motion. The third law of motion states that for every action, there exists an equal and opposite reaction. Furthermore, Modern Science's recent revelation about the multiverse concept isn't fictional; it could hold validity.
Hence, what genuinely matters is your next course of action. It's time for transformation - a transformation in favor of the animals, who, too, possess equal rights and the freedom to inhabit this planet. Embrace your humanity, and become conscious living beings.
In the human context, I'm uncertain about the exact alignment of this statement, but it may hold some relevance."

Arvind brother he was really asking a good question. But i don't think your answer was fare enough. I really just don't want to point this out. What ever you were saying is definitely true. But what he was asking is as a business the animals breading is been ruthless. But for the over population can you suggest an idea where plants wont be raised by chemical and later those chemicals will be harmfull to us. Foolish Question Don't he know how much percent of the plant are purely raised naturally. and are we eating them. Initially we humans need to get aware of framing our necessary plant food or buy naturally raised plant to eat. That is the only solution i think for his answer. All the very Best best Arvind Bro.

I tried being vegan and succeeded for 5 months. However, I felt weak from the 5th month and started becoming non vegan slowly. Just like fitness freaks quantify their food, as a vegan one needs to quantify and take enough nutrient in the plant based food they are taking. Otherwise, they would not meet their required nutrients intake just by eating Idly, Dosa, Chapathi, Upma etc etc. So, it was very hard for me to keep track of these things. In one way or the other everyone is exploiting the animals. So, for now I keep my taste buds aside and eat non vegan diet once in a while only to make sure I get the sufficient nutrients that my body needs.

Not only are animals being injected with chemicals, animals are being fed crops too which is filled with chemicals and then they are consumed by humans!
The quality of vegetables available for human consumption is pathetic nowadays; can one expect the animals being given better food? 🤷🏻‍♂️
