Of course there should be more room in the TLX. The dimensions are of a midsize sedan. The TLX dimensions are the same as the 5 series and A6 etc. It's jus posing as a compact. The funny thing is that it has the same interior space as the 3 series and A4 etc. The question should be why despite the the size there isn't anymore room in the TLX?

The Lexus IS is engineered and built well on a level showcasing the sporty side of Lexus, the Acura TLX is technically a Honda Accord. @@Thankyou_3 I'm honestly not biased either way, and I'm actually looking into getting a new IS 350, but I have to say my GF and I bought her Accord new in 2015, and it's never been garaged, is exposed to a lot of sand blasting and stone chips and on our long commute which has a ton of landscaping & construction trucks dumping crap all over the road. It's also exposed to NY winters including lots of road salt. On top of that, the car is rarely ever washed and has no sealant or wax on it, and the white paint still looks great and still shines nicely. No signs of any deterioration of the clear coat. Frankly I find that very surprising and impressive. Anyhow our experience with the Honda paint has been a positive one so far.

First of all, love all your videos - thanks for sharing them.
Secondly, can you please cover the following topics in future videos.
Process to import a Car from Canada to the US and its implications.
I am looking to buy a compact sedan ( Mazda 3 or Civic 2022) in Canada
but will be moving to the US next year. How long will I will stay
depends on visa status (hopefully 3+ years)
As such, should I buy a used car and sell it on departure?
Buy a new car ( my preference due to safety features in a new car) and take it to the US? Or sell it at departure and buy a similar one in the US?
Are there 1 year leases available for new cars?
Warranty coverage of car manufacturers across North America. For e.g I have heard Mazda extends Canadian 3 year warranty to US and Honda doesn't. Does it make a difference when moving from Canada to the US or is that not a big deal?
    Active
safety feature comparison across brands i.e Honda Sensing VS Toyota
Sense 2 vs Mazda i-ActiveSense vs Hyndai. Is there one better than the
other? Which brand car to choose if active safety features are a top
    priority as a new driver.
Thanks in advance and keep up the great work!

I wouldn't say the type S has way more power than the IS350. Type S dashboard is a mess, and that stupid push-button trans selector is a waste of space and annoying. The back seats are useless for kids/teens when I tested one with my seating position (5'10"). The IS350 F Sport with F sport + is def. a better car that doesn't up shift automatically, has a knob to turn off/up/down the foe engine noise, better seats, lets you control the shifting for real, RWD-biased 4WD system, longitudinal engine, etc. I have an Acura with the ELS system, and it doesn't sound good at all. There is no way in hell the ELS is better than Mark.

  • @wellgeeslugger6825

I think the type s has slightly better room on the cabin, both look fantastic, the exhausts sound fantastic, but one is a v8 and the other is a v6 so gas mileage is as good as it’s gonna get between both if you want significant power and quality. Only 3rd competitor is the stinger, which has the best warranty and more space but idk if it looks as good, packs more power and cargo space cuz it’s a hatchback. I don’t think anyone would go wrong with any of them. If you’re buying a car solely to drag race and try to beat out scats and hellcats, you’re shopping with the wrong mindset. Fun cars are fun cars cuz they’re all different and suit everyone different. There will always be a faster car. You can try to beef up to a dodge v8 but at the end of the day the model s plaid is the thorn in its side and dodges are very unreliable and land you in the shop often. There’s trade offs with each car. I would rather have less power but still fun to drive and more reliability vs the fastest car but most annoying and expensive to upkeep.

The TLX has a terrible back seat. The Lexus looks far better.

I think the Type S looks better. And IS has less back room space. Weird how opinions work.

I'll take the Genesis G70 3.3T. Beauty and performance, oh and a personality!
Just listen to you talk about these two vehicles puts me to sleep!
There is absolutely nothing that you can say about these two vehicles to make them exciting.
The best thing that you said about them is reliability, and that's not exciting.
I'm willing to bet that you could do a review of a motorized skateboard, and it will be more exciting than these two vehicles!

The G70 is ugly.. not a fan of round cars.. looks like an egg.. TLX is the best looking car in this sector.

      @Genesis G70
Then just go get the genesis one, it’s good for you.
I won’t buy that crap if I were you, though
By the way, why you watch this video and leave comments here?
Even you aren’t interested in Lexus or Acura at all.

The Kia Stinger beat the Acura in a race on Throttle house, and is a better looking vehicle. Maybe not as reliable as the Acura (Bacon)!
Both of these vehicles Lettuce and Bacon)will last a very long time.
They both are very BORING, especially the Lettuce(Lexus)
    The Bacon(Acura)has better taste (looks).
Glad you didn't include the Tomato ( Infiniti ) in this test.
Life is too short to be BORED to death!
If reliability is your only idea of fun, either one of these vehicles are perfect!

KIA are junk, and are like wearing a sign that says you have no idea what you are doing.
