Her exersises on the floor and the self massage on your stomach. I tried them out and they improved my digestive system.
Well Dr Kristie my liver specialist who is treating me for liver disease which is under control but following taking a drug called Palexia (opioid) I have become very constipated even though I have ceased the drug. He has recommended a high protein diet and lose weight plus take a supplement called Benefiber. So far the constipation is only slightly under control despite drinking loads of fluids which I only pass as extra urine so what do I do?

I eat clean, mostly keto-vore, grass fed beef and zucchini are a main staple. Dehydration is likely the culprit. NEVER had this issue until going higher protien - food would go right through me. Suddenly this issue is a thing, and it is NOT fun. I've even inverted myself on the Total Gym while massaging belly. NO relief. Great exercise suggestions and details!
Mabye you should switch diet. Id it started happening once you started the change to keto-vore

Oh I have a remedy...drink two tablespoons of castor oil,1 bottle of magnesium citrate and a half can of beer..you will immediately be healed 😂😂 My grandad taught me that. I was in the bathroom for hours. I think I crapped out my thanks giving dinners of the past.

That definitely can make the stomach unhappy!
Since centuries the optimal manner to overcome not only occasional constipation but chronic constipation too will be taking castor oil. Remember that castor oil is the only laxative that will not work in the intestines by irritating them, but by activating and synthesizing certain substances in the human body. So any habituation of the human body or diminishing laxative effect is absolutely impossible and castor oil is suitable in a special manner for chronic constipation. Take 1 tablespoon (= 15 ml) castor oil early in the morning on an empty stomach and 1 to 2 hours later you will remark its relieving effects.
I was looking for a fiber supplement without "natural flavors" which disguises a host of ingredients. This contains Stevia which is not good for us.
I am suffering alot and severe constipation now i have piles surgery after stopping syrup my motion too hard.. Stucking not coming out... Anus also so small
I weigh 110 lbs and have always abided by the half your weight in ounces of water per day. But requiring 12 ounces of water per half hour of exercise seems random. For one of my 3 hour bike rides, that means 72 ounces during the ride on top of the 55 ounces I normally get. 72 ounces of water in a day for a 110 pound person?!! Can you say hyponatremia?
I actually do follow this and definitely need it when exercising. I often have to stop at a gas station to refill if I don’t have my aero drink holder. I also use electrolytes (LMNT). Of course each individual is different, but this certainly does apply to many, especially if you have significant muscle mass.
So, you said no wheat...followed by saying eat white bread and noodles? And, no gluten...right after recommending bread. I am so confused.
I use yoga, pilates, herbal enemas and essential oil suppositories for constipation.
Too many enemas are not good. You know that. Addressing what is going on in your mind could be the way......

@@gipsi2001 I am fully aware of this. That is why I do use probiotic suppositories during the day. I never had any negative health issues related to doing "TOO MANY ENEMAS".

There are certainly many causes for this so it’s a good thing to have checked in person if you are unsure.
Are u still having frequent diarrhea, if yes avoid cold drinks, fruits and try ginger tea!

Best remedy for constipation is eat less fiber not more. Fruits and veggies are very constipating.
If you check out the video, I do say that. To help prevent constipation though, the right amount (25-30g) of fiber is important. Too much fiber can also constipate you.

Basically, go to a professional if you're in this situation and don't listen to her.
These are the techniques I have used on myself and with patients (I see many patients with constipation issues as I am a women’s health specialist and nutritionist) with success. Hopefully they will also help others out there.
