Andy looks and sounds so much like Barry. He sang Words beautifully and with so much feeling, it’s so hard to compare between Barry and Andy but no one can sing Words with the power and the beauty that barry does. ❤

He's so handsome with the beard.Very similar to Barry ,both vocally and visually.Andy was also a fantastic and fluent live performer.I love his duets with Olivia.Such a fine vocal blending.Emotion and warmth was all i could get by them.

I love this one. He looks and sounds so much like Barry. Barry had said he and Andy were so close and so much alike. They even had identical birthmarks.
He was closer to Barry since he dedicated much time with him while his growing up.They played a lot together and he protected him.Barry was especially devastated when he lost Andy.
@@alexioverdo5225 I saw a video where Barry had said he and Andy were more alike than the twins were. It's like they were twins with an almost 12 year age difference. When he said they had identical birthmarks it just blew me away. It all breaks my heart too.

Their mom said she would be with Andy in the auditorium watching his brothers rehearse, and he knew all the words to all the songs and would sing along with them in perfect pitch, so she recognized early that he had the same gift. He sang their songs in his concerts, and recorded IN THE MORNING and made a video for it. He and Barry definitely look more alike the twins Robin and Maurice!! Thanks for sharing your reaction.
I thought it was fascinating when Barry said in an interview that he and Andy had identical birthmarks.

What can one say....... he took his brother Barry's iconic song and made it his very own..... on the TV special you mentioned he sang the beegees Holiday ......
Listen to him sing STARLIGHT. Makes me cry every. Single. Time. Not a huge hit but trust me. You’ll enjoy it.
This was at The Command Performance For President Reagan in 1981. The woman who introduced Andy is the actress Victoria Principal, famous at the time for her role on the prime-time soap "Dallas." She and Andy were a couple at the time (hence, her comment "two of the very nicest words I know"). He was in his early 20s and she was about 8 years older than him. I believe some of his fans placed some blame on her for his decline into drugs because he was heartbroken when she broke it off but, in all fairness, she was not responsible for the choices he made during and after they were together.

I like Cliff Richards version…( Barry originally wrote this for Cliff back in the day), but never got it to him then. I like Barry’s version later in the 70’s live in concert…that is the version he is emulating here.
Yeah, it's funny that Barry intended to give the song to Cliff to sing, but couldn't figure out how to get it to him, so the brothers recorded it themselves. Then when Cliff happened to hear theirs, he loved it so much that he sang it in his concerts...not knowing that Barry had meant it for him!

Andy was kinda twin in mind of Barry. Looks and voices not in all the same but close to similar. Andy more charming, Barry more of masculine and powerful.
