LMAO literally every time I go to Tulsa to visit. Just a bunch of random muffler delete Camaros and Mustangs. Even had an Ecoboost Mustang try to mess around when I was there for Thanksgiving.
Once I'm done doing some fun bolt ons to the S4 that Supra will def be the next car in line! Your videos are exactly what I need to be as prepared going into Supra top mount ownership. Addressing the last concern with beating basically everyone in the mexico runs, what have you lost to so far if anything?

I stuck between hybrid turbo or full top mount BUT I'm stuck using 93oct and no meth. Would I get alot more power even on 93 with a top mount over a hybrid??? And I'm guessing a hybrid is more reliable because of less power?
You'll get more power and be able to push more boost safely on a top mount so you can go that route. A hybrid turbo, you'll only be able to push it safely at some point because the thing with this platform is that generating too much heat on a hybrid melts the motor.
You can do BM3 and unlock through Femto. Sameh Yehia does good work there and Botti (who tuned my car on EcuTek) is now doing it. They’re both great choices.
I'm a 2023 A91 stock with just a downpipe and full ARK exhuast system. I hate racing, but this Mustang (5.0 or GT I think) was egging me on to race at the on ramp onto the highway yesterday and instead of downshifting to 3rd I punched it in 4th and he blew right by me. That was the moment I realized I don't care Pure or Top mount, I just want to beat these stupid Mustangs, Chargers and Challengers. The most annoying owners
Sorry for the late reply, so for me I measure my oil level on EcuTek. 97mm is when the you're topped off on oil. If you're a little above or below, you're fine. Not sure if an OBD2 reader will provide the same info.
I would say slip is anything over 615 tq but each Supra is diff. The slip is primarily in 6th. My car I did 671tq dialed down to 615 tq still get slip but I won’t turn down any lower. I have 6th able to hold 20psi on my Borg Warner 8474. I hit 7th I can go all out again.
Depending on the setup, mine slipped around 650wtq so just anywhere between 600-650 is when it slips. Your setup would be such a fun street car. Super responsive and powerful.
Just regular maintenance. Oil changes every 5k miles, trans fluid every 40k miles, diff fluid needs to be replaced soon. Being on top of maintenance will make the car last long. I discuss more on this video: ruclips.net/video/Xgiwf3pS5kY/видео.html
Mainly good tires is gonna affect it more. Whether you have radials or normal wheels. Usually people go on Welds or 17s just to get a tad more traction but this car has such high torque.
@@VinceChristmastree i’ll max maybe make 700hp but wanted tes. Was gonna run the same tire on the welds verse the tes so wasn’t sure if it was worth while, urs car way faster then mine will be so if you’re surviving i’m hoping i’ll be good lol
@@mkvpoopra You should be! Beadlocks are kind of overkill with a majority of the setups out there. Really only needed for like 1000+ cars. But regular Welds are pretty good.
Be careful what you wish for. Vince made a video about this as one of his mistakes and not going top mount to begin with rather than throwing money away on a Pure. Buy once cry once. We all think we'd be happy with "just 600HP" until you have and then realize you want more 😂

I have not lost to anything so far just randomly on the street. All of the cars that are faster than me usually aren't daily driven lol

Downpipe and E50 will take care of that lol or if you want big power at the very end...send it!
Quick question, can you trust your digital lip measurement to be accurate? How do you gauge how much oil you know you have to add to top it off?

Kind of a waste, but you can do it if you want the sound, but you'll have a CEL and can't really maximize the potential.
