Please look at excerize's for beginners ( over weight 50, 80lbs and in their 50s)? These videos discourage me so bad to throw in the towel. 20sec clocks instead of 30sec on some videos? Most ppl are (not) in shape at all and it feels like its all geared up for the younger fit women on many of these videos. You need more videos for the rest of us. God Bless from Canada.

Don`t trust your tracker on this one. My steady state workouts burn around 50 calories in 7 minutes. So I`m sure this one burned at least 70.
