Good fast effective workouts! No talking, just down to business. I do a few of her workouts throughout the day , whenever I find a free ten minutes , and so far so good!
Wow! That was great. I didn't think I was going to do this routine because I just did the 18 minutes low impact cardio. But I loved it especially with Latin music although it is not from my time but I like Reggeton. I have Puerto Rican friends and this music is not lacking at parties. "Ay, bendito", as Puerto Rican say. You are fantastic! Thank you, for your creativity in all your routines!!! 👏🥰👏🥰
Used this as a finisher to a Stepper Workout ! And as crazy as this sounds, even though it was a definite burn, you managed to combine just enough mobility to make it a really nice cooldown when my heartrate was already elevated! Thank you Andrea! Will be returning to this one, maybe before a run next time !
I wasn't gonna do this after the cardio, but I did. any holy sweat sesh!! I also am not a dancer by any means lol. we will keep working at it! thanks girl!
Workout #1: In just 10 minutes my heart is beating out of my chest... According to my Samsung Watch 4 set to general workout mode I burned 78 calories...
Oh I can’t wait to do this ! Can’t work my arm yet but I can work that lower body 🤩👍👏 Have to combine this with your Cardio Dance 💃🏻 one ! My stamina is not what it was so I’m going at a slower pace hope to build back up in a few months 🤞
